We stayed for a week at Abbentu with our 18month daughter and absolutely loved it! Sonia & Nella are lovely hosts, they make you feel super welcome. The breakfast is homemade every morning and just incredible from pizzas, pastries and a selection of cakes on offer all day! Nothing was too much trouble! we would highly recommend staying and it was perfect with a baby. We found the location great as it was super quiet and relaxing and just a short drive into Siracusa town. We will certainly return!!

A tranquil and beautiful place in Sicily. Abbentu was our absolute favourite. The decor from start to finish very tastefully curated with huge comfortable rooms and a swimming pool on the property. Maria and Sonia, the two sisters who run the B&B are some of the nicest, most charismatic and hospitable people you will ever meet. Every morning they prepare a delicious breakfast spread with good coffee and many local delicacies. They provided us with great recommendations during our stay and even packed us lunch and a beach umbrella to take when we went to the beach for the day. Everything is done with a lot of love and care, they really made us feel at home and we can’t wait to come back.

This place is absolutely wonderful. If you want to be spoiled - go to Abbentu! The hosts are the sweetest two women and great chefs. You will not find a better breakfast than here. Both sweat and savoury and different every day, homemade cakes, salads, eggs, yoghurt etc. And they are so attentive to all needs and still letting you enjoy your stay as you wish. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed every second. We travelled with two small kids and they had a great time as well playing in the pool (the pool is perfect for the little ones) and playing around the citrus garden. And the location is great for visiting Siracusa that is very close but also so many other great cities and beaches. We would love to go back!

We stayed there 2 nights. It was incredible. The hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in Italy. Many different salty and sweet selections. The owners Nella and Sonia were very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

Wifi didn’t reach the room but this was only a temporary problem.

Breakfast was delicious and the homemade cakes were amazing, even had English breakfast tea.. Didn’t expect to have the room cleaned and fresh towels everyday, such a surprise. Lots of advance given for eating out and places to visit.

Nothing, it was all perfect.

We loved to stay in this place. The location is perfect if you are travelling with a car. Lots of beautiful beaches nearby and Ortigia can be reached in 15min. Place was very clean and the owner had paid lots of attention into the details. Breakfast was good and especially homemade cakes were tasty!

Phenomenal B & B. Our hosts, Sonia and her sister, were so welcoming and generous...Like staying at your favorites aunt`s home. The breakfast is amazing, but moreover Sonia provided us with refreshing fruit and drinks in the afternoon while we lounged in and around the fantastic salt-water pool. Our room was totally comfy, great shower, strong A/C. One of he best B & B ever, we will return no doubt.

Incredible little gem just 15mins drive from ortigia. You walk in and it's a WOW moment. Rooms were massive and super clean. The pool is so nice to relax at and enjoy but what makes the place is the owner Nele. She is the cutest lady and really brings you closer to the Sicilian culture. She's been extraordinary and full of warmth. She made sure we had everything we needed, helped sort us out with a super last minute boat tour around ortigia and omg...that breakfast of hers. SOO GOOD. so much choice and it was super fresh. Pastries, croissants, fruits and more. We've gained 5kg from her breakfast alone. Would highly recommend staying there!

The most wonderful Sicilian welcome and hosts are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast is fantastic and varied, plenty of time to relax and enjoy under the olive trees. A quiet and relaxing pool area, comfortable and immacutely clean rooms. We will definitely be looking to come back. :)

Nothing we didn't like, make sure you rent a car before coming as it is the countryside and you will need this to get about.

The owners are two sisters that from the start of our vacation were friendly, hospitable, professional and advised us of the places to visit and which restaurants to go to. The location is an oasis with a salt water swimming pool in the center. The breakfast was a mixture of homemade pizzas and cakes and they were always ready to please you at any time of the day.I highly recommend ABBENTU
