Loved the location and the staff was super helpful. We took advantage of the valet parking and it was great to be able to come into the ZTL to drop off our bags and then they parked our car for us. The room was nice and bright and even came with a laptop computer. The complementary drink on the room top was nice. Liked having a night light and the clothes line in the shower was handy.

For tall people, sitting on the toilet is a bit cramped. Water from shower went EVERYWHERE in the bathroom

Small boutique hotel just inside the Porta Reale. Ten minutes walk from Station (uphill). Rooms clean, comfortable and well laid out, bathrooms very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent, small rooftop bar (for guests), well worth a visit for the views of Noto in the evening.

Nothing, from our stay, but rooms at the front of the hotel may be noisy during the day as they face the main street of Noto which is a very busy pedestrian route.

We stay in NOTO for a night, especially for the event, 2025 Infiorata di Noto, Baroque Spring. We were so lucky to choose Rate Hotel Porta Reale. Mr Ferrero Giovanni and Mrs Urso Anna Lisa, with the team, provided us with an extremely professional service. It made our holiday so enjoyable. The hotel location is so perfect. The room is the same as the picture shows. The breakfast provides a balanced mix of energy and local test

The service from Francesco was second to none. The other staff were also fantastic. The hotel is located in central location & within walking distance to amazing shops, bars, cafes, restaurants & monuments. If you have a hire car they have a valet service at an additional cost which put our mind at ease as we were worried about parking on the street. Would definitely recommend!

The property was well-maintained and had a great mix of modern features with a cozy feel. The location was also convenient very close to the main square.

What stood out to me was not only the property’s clean presentation and great layout but also how the staff is very courteous and well-prepared, which made a strong impression on me about their customer service standards.

Stayed at the apartment which is right behind the hotel, great spacious room, kitchen, and a great balcony :) You can even park your car right next to the entrance

Everything was great during our stay at Porta Reale - the location can't be beat, the staff were incredibly friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and we had a balcony overlooking the main boulevard. The rooftop is also lovely to watch the sunset from while having a drink. Great value for money! We also drove our rental car there and left it with the hotel valet - worth every penny.

The rooms aren't very soundproof and you hear a lot of noises from other rooms such as plumbing. Also if you are on the same floor as the breakfast room you will hear people having breakfast which can get quite loud. The air-conditioning whilst very good keeps turning on and off due to a temperature sensor and if it turns off at night it can get quite warm till it turns on again.

The house and apartment are super clean and neat. The garden of the house is best for laundry and the washing machine is just what we need! Both the house and apartment are spacious for 4 people. The environment is comfy and bright! The breakfast is even more outstanding - we love the honey and the jam so much that we wish to visit again!
