My stay at Villa Nicolaci Liberty Suites was excellent. The check-in is by appointment in person, but it’s very flexible. I chose the self check-in option, which was easy and very convenient. Parking on the street was simple and there were always spots available nearby. The hosts were very kind and always available , both by message and in person, and they met all my needs. I really appreciated the option for a late check-out and being able to leave my luggage and pick it up later in the afternoon. Breakfast was rich, with both sweet and savory options, served in a beautiful, well-kept garden. The décor is stylish and detailed, the bed very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi fast and reliable , perfect for working from the room. A relaxing and well-organized stay highly recommended

I enjoyed everything

I was really moved and excited to have a chance to book with this garden villa of a noble in the ancient city of Noto. I learned about the family history of almost 500 years, the family that survived and continued after the earthquake 1693, the naming of the city roads, and the palace that was sold to the city government in 1989. Living here is a special experience to me and a wonderful way to witness a part of history of Noto.

The customer service and cleanliness need to be improved. There was someone else's hair on the hair dryer. I stayed for two days but the trash can was not replaced. No welcome drinks&snacks.

extremely well located and very nicely decorated rooms, very kitsch. also, very easy parking outside the property on the street. comfy beds and appreciated that there was tea & coffee making facilities. nice big bathroom too.

unfortunately, the glass windows are not double glazed, so at night, you could hear a lot of car & motorbike noises from the street (a busy street). the beds are also a little noisy but it was fine. for some reason, on 2 occasions, we didn't have hot water but this didn't bother us much as it the weather was still warm in September.

It is a very nice family run Boutique Hotel that is nice decorated. We did stay in the suite which was nice and comfortable. The owners are friendly people. It sure has potential if some issues are taking care off.

Our room was unfortunately positioned on all sides next to a very busy and noisy road so we could not open any window. Housekeeping is far below average… Our bathroom has not been cleaned in 4 nights… Towels have not been changed once… Toilet paper received upon multiple requests,.. A disappointing breakfast selection…

Beautiful villa with some amazing historic features, close to the main street. It offers a welcome home with some beautiful furnishings and decorations. Breakfast in the garden was really wonderful, and they catered perfectly for my coeliac diet requirements. A great place to explore Noto from!

The street outside was quite noisy with traffic - but that cannot be helped in an urban, central location. It didn't disturb us much though.

The villa is super authentic and gorgeous, looks just like the photos. The check in process was super smooth. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Noto. There is free parking on the street right in front of the villa. Amazing experience, highly recommend!

The only thing I can say is to keep in mind that it is an old building so you can hear outside noises and also from the corridor, but personally it didn’t bother us and we had a great sleep!

The outside patio and gardens. The common area, breakfast although extra was well worth the money. Location was excellent, just outside city, center a two minute walk. Our host, Francesca, was very thoughtful and went the extra mile.

The pillows could have been a little better.

It looks like a family run business. They are there to fix any issue in a personalized manner.

Our room turned out to be on the smallish side. Too much so for two adults for 8 days. The manager traded it for a larger, more comfortable one.

Small but comfortable room in a beautiful villa. Character decorations. Host was welcoming and delightful. Breakfast in the garden was so lovely. Villa is located a short walk from bus station and the old town.
