We had a wonderful experience at this small B&B in Noto, Sicily. From the moment we arrived—on a rainy evening and struggling to find a place for dinner—the staff went above and beyond to help us. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive, especially on that first day when we really needed it. They recommended Nache, a lovely local restaurant with amazing food (they knew the owners), and it was exactly what we needed. They also suggested Norma, another fantastic spot that we thoroughly enjoyed. The B&B has a cozy, welcoming feel. We stayed in the dependance, a small, detached house right across from the main building. It was traditional, full of character, and very cute—perfect for a relaxed and authentic Sicilian experience. Our friends stayed in the suite with three beds, which was more modern and featured a beautiful balcony. Breakfast each morning was simple but perfect: eggs, a delicious pistachio cake, and cappuccinos made fresh to order. It was cozy and personal—just what you want in a place like this. The staff were always available via WhatsApp to help with anything we needed and were consistently polite, friendly, and efficient. Noto itself is a vibrant, lively city with a strong sense of community—everyone seems to know each other, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Staying here gave us a real taste of local life, and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful room, delicious breakfasts and a lovely roof terrace with an incredible view. Right in the heart of the cultural centre of Noto, but still quiet and private. We were made very welcome by Francesco, Alessandro and Stefano, who hosted us with kindness and care. The room (we stayed in the Triple) was exactly as pictured and had a fantastic shower. Breakfasts were homemade with varied & tasty options, and lovely coffee and fresh juice. Our six-year old daughter absolutely loved the spacious rooftop area and the hot tub! Can't recommend more highly.
Everything was perfect!

The three brothers owning the place are fantastic: They took care of breakfast personally and dedicated a lot of time to us (despite the fact that we were the only guests), they made sure there were egg-free options for breakfast, and went the extra mile to give us great recommendations - they truly made us feel welcome! The B&B is in the very center of Noto, great location. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was spacious and nicely furnished. Breakfast is great with sweet and savory options, everything is home-made and local (they also have a restaurant, so food quality is a guarantee).
We could hear a bit of noise from the room, which was not a problem for us since there were no other guests. Nothing that the three brothers would not be able to solve - they are truly the kindest hosts we had.

The location is perfect, 2 parking lots less than 5min walk away from the property, and free street parking if you can find it. Even shorter walk to the main street. We were upgraded to a larger room which was greatly appreciated! Not the fault of the property, but we came at the slowest time of the year. Not many stores were open and we struggled to find good food. Breakfast was phenomenal, almost everything was homemade, and 100% better than anything open at the time. Sorry if we ate too much but it was so good! Noto is beautiful and we're glad everything we wanted to see was within walking distance from the property.

We couldn't have asked for a more helpful and friendly host than Alessandra! The breakfasts were amazing and there was always a bowl of fruit, snacks and coffe/ teas at all times that one could enjoy freely. Zioli's location is excellent and although close to everything it's quiet. Great terrace. We ate at Nache (owned by the same people) and had a fabulous meal so we'd recommend that too. our stay was unforgettable.

Perfect location to spend a couple restful days in Noto. The brothers who run the establishment are super friendly and helpful. Their restaurant Naché just a couple blocks away is superb. Loved the fresh crusty bread that was served at breakfast alongside home-made preserves.
The sliding "barn door" to the bathroom in our room was decorative and nice to look at, but suffered functionally. It was difficult to slide about and made a lot of noise when it did.

Breakfast was ok. We would have preferred some cereals and yoghurt but maybe that's because we are English. Location was excellent, right in the middle of Noto, close to shops and restaurants.
We had an issue with finding the parking, but that is not the fault of the property. Maybe guests should be directed to the parking in the first instance with warnings about reliance on GPS in narrow streets.

Super comfortable beds and pillows, lovely large bathroom and plenty of storage. The welcome was warm and genuine, and we really enjoyed interacting with the owners throughout our stay. We also had a delicious meal at the restaurant ' Nache ' which Zioli also runs - the same warm hospitality, good food and a really nice outside seating area. We enjoyed a drink on the rooftop and the jacussi one evening too - highly recommend!
The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, but my husband would have preferred more savoury options as most of the offerings are sweet - cake, jam, yogurt, desserts. There was a plate of meat and cheese, but perhaps some simple, non-sugary breakfast cereal would be a good addition.

Fantastic hosts (friendly and very helpful), home from home feeling, lovely room, great breakfast with quality and locally sourced ingredients and brilliant location in the centre of the old town and a stine's throw from all the main attractions.
Not much at all. Minor quibbles would be... availability of ironing board I missed tea / coffee making facilities in the room (tea, coffee and a well stocked fridge) was available in the kitchen area.

This is an adorable boutique hotel! Perfect location from which to explore. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and the owners are very nice. They also run a nearby restaurant that was delicious.
The only issue we had was that no one was there on arrival. The neighbor was able to assist, but it was a little nerve wracking.
