I’ve stayed at Bella Vista a few times now, and it’s always such a great experience. The breakfast is really nice, with fresh and tasty options. Parking is easy, just a short walk away, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly, I even worked from there during my stays without any issues. It’s such a welcoming place, and I’m always happy to come back!

Great location, easy walk to the main street and sights and well presented room. Very helpful host who shared wonderful restaurant and bar tips. Good overnight stay.

Booking.com said a terrace with view but sadly this was not available in September although still advertised. A couple of drinking glasses and some hand soap would be a nice addition.

Lovely spacious room, close to centre of town. Shame I was only staying for one night.

WI-FI wasn’t working, and since I arrived late and leaving early I didn’t bother to contact anyone as I had phone service. But not everyone might.

A small, cosy little room on the edge of the city centre. Very good value.

Bella Vista? I loved having a balcony but there was nothing particulary beautiful about the view of cars in the street below. I didn;t enjoy being asked to give a positive appreciation.

Location is perfect in this beautiful and very enjoyable city. Everything can be accessed in the city by simply walking. You can park your car close to the apartment very easily. Owner gives useful advises and recommendations. We had a Perfect stay in Castallammare. I fully recommend !

The staff was very friendly and prompt. The room was clean and comfortable bedding. Great shower, hot, and good pressure. The area felt safe and easy to access all the attractions and just go for a walk and enjoy the charm of Noto.

the room is big and really clean the building is in a white area not far from the Center.

there could be more privacy between toilet and the rest of the room. but at least we managed it! the other things was the fridge next to the bed, it was a bit loud.

The location - it was close to the old part of town. The apartment was large and clean. breakfast was at a local cafe and good. car parking out the front.

a lot of stairs to get into the property. very difficult to carry our suitcases up.

Wrongly on booking.com the room was meant to be with the breakfast included and after I paid I've been told that cause of COVID they wouldn't provide it but they refunded me the money in cash in the room. I so much appreciated it that at the end I left the cash in the room. So for me customer service was great even though the COVID restrictions circumstances here in Italy.

In the room number 2 the bedroom with the bathroom are separated by a wall which is not even till the ceiling and there is not door to shut for it, technically they are all in the same room. Even if I went with my partner and she knows me, in life there are certain moment which you need some privacy and in that case you don't have it. Cozy room tho but no privacy in the bathroom. Another thing I didn't like is the name of the b&b, bella vista in Italian means beautiful view but when I opened the window the panorama was a building across.
