From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of our host stood out. They were incredibly welcoming, ensuring we felt at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. The villa itself had a warm, homely ambiance, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. One of the standout features was the private parking on the property, which made coming and going incredibly convenient. The breakfast included with our stay was a delightful surprise, offering a wide selection of delicious options. I highly recommend trying the homemade items – the natural yogurt, fresh orange juice, and cakes were exceptional and truly added a special touch to our mornings. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would gladly revisit.

Literally everything. The room is super comfortable and clean, and the access is very easy to get to. You have a private parking which facilitates things. The hosts (wife and husband) are the loveliest and kindest people on earth and make your stay a complete paradise. They cook all the food for the breakfast from scratch and it’s delicious! You stay outdoors for your meals in the cutest terrace ever. It’s honestly paradise on earth. I would very easily stay there for weeks and weeks, we truly felt very welcome and we were very well fed!

Nothing at all

Room was comfortable and roomy enough and this one had access to roof terrace with a better sea view than from the room although we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it. There was a fabulous breakfast served in the morning and hosts were friendly and accommodating. I made a booking error for the wrong date and had to cancel. I rebooked for the following day and the host forgave the penalty for having to cancel the first booking. There was a large yard with plenty of private parking including a tour bus.

Nothing. While only a few blocks to the water, the beach was not walkable or accessible in this area.

Hospitality of Giuliana could not be faulted. She made us feel welcome and pre sent information on where to park when going out, places to eat etc. The breakfasts were excellent, pastries and cakes home cooked by her husband. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. We didn't use the outside area but there were places to sit and relax and a bistro table and chairs outside your room (we had a downstairs room). Ideal location to get to main Syracuse and Ortigia. 12 minute drive to a big car park. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The breakfast!!!! our hosts were very helpful and friendly. Every day there was a different selection of cakes as well as a selection of savories, fruit, yoghurt, omelette etc. Giuliana helped us with the bus timetable; she rang the company who had taken over, on Monday morning, (as they had changed the weekend we arrived), she told us where the bus stops were etc. She also recommended a trip to Noto to see the flower festival. The B&B is in a lovely setting.

We didn't realise when we booked the accommodation, that to walk from Villa Pia into the center of Siracusa was only possible by a busy road and this was a very dangerous option. When, booking, we had thought there was a coastal walk but this wasn't the case, our mistake. You need a car when you stay at Villa Pia. The beaches were disappointing.

This is one of the best B&Bs I have ever visited! The couple who run the place are super friendly. I felt really welcome! The breakfast was 10/10! So many lovely and tasty things. They make the things in their own kitchen. It felt like I was visiting friends, how awesome is that! The room or, in this case apartment, was very clean and it had everything I needed for a good stay. I highly recommend this B&B!

We had a room with three beds. The accommodation was tidy, sufficiently spacious, maybe lacking a bit of storage space, but since we stayed only for one night, it wasn't important to us. The bathroom was clean and had everything necessary. What I would additionally highlight and commend is the excellent breakfast - plentiful, diverse, and delicious.

Perhaps a small lack of space for belongings if staying for a longer period.

Our stay at Villa Pia was exceptional. Juliana made us feel at home immediately upon arrival and helped us in every possible way. She gave us good recommendations for meals; she and her husband provided an awesome, home cooked breakfast of savory and sweet pastries, egg dishes and many other choices. Also, the outdoor setting for breakfast was pleasant. It was a wonderful experience to stay at Villa Pia.

Lovely owner . Giulliana was willing to help us with all orientation and tourist attractions in the area. Nice accommodation, clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast with homemade products. Quite area . Recommended for a quick stop between Sicilys touristic objective or a peaceful holiday.

Little bit far from city, not easy to reach without car

Very kind and very helpful lady. She told us all about where to park in the city, where to go and to visit. And in the morning she and her husband prepared us a great breakfast with homemade pastries.
