This apartment was in a fantastic location, 5 minutes walk to a small beach and most attractions and restaurants on the island. Jessica made getting into the property so easy and was available to answer any queries we had, making many recommendations for our stay. The apartment was large and the balcony was amazing for watching the sunset. The bed was very comfortable and the storage behind the door was perfect to allow us full use of the space. We didn’t use the cooking facilities as we did not stay for too long, but the fridge was welcome for keeping drinks cold and the air conditioning was a must in July.

There is a bar below which begins playing music at about 11:30 each night but it was not so loud it kept us awake.

We had a fantastic stay at panorama alfeo. The accommodation was superb bright clean and very well appointed with everything we needed, the balcony was breathtaking, we could sit there for hours and did! Nicely located with lots of fab restaurants, bars and cafes all around. It's right in the thick of town so there was some noise from nearby bars but it's to be expected. Check in was done remotely but was smooth and Jessica our host was very friendly and was always available for help. Would definitely stay again

The room with the large terrace is in fact a studio with a small separate kitchen and all that you would need for a pleasant stay, including an espresso machine with complimentary Nespresso capsules from the host. The location cannot be better, just around the corner from Fonte Aretusa. We were lucky to witness the Santa Lucia di Maggio procession from the patio overlooking the Via del Maniace😁

It can get a bit noisy in the evening, which is understandable, given the top location. Our room had limited sea view, however the patio is huge.

Perfect location with your own private balcony overlooking the water. Right along the promenade. A short walk all over Ortigia including Castello Maniace. Very clean suite complete with all you'll need for your stay even cooking. Jessica was a great host and would text occasionally to check how we were doing. Highly recommended.

We learned on the first night that we cannot take back-to-back shower because the hot water runs out. We just gave it ample time in between showers, and it was ok after that.

Fabulous location. Lovely little balcony to sit on & enjoy the view & activity on the water. Option to cook with well equipped kitchenette was good. The beach umbrella was much appreciated.

The rubbish bins were outside the front door, some without lids and used by businesses nearby. . Waste management is more a Sicily issue than the apartment issue.Occasionally, the noise from restaurants below went on late. Minor issue - should have communal toiletries & new kitchen cloths on every occasion. Agent quickly provided the latter when asked.

We had a fabulous stay in this property. The location is amazing- such a view! It was close to everything- restaurants, bars, shops, places of interest. The host Jessica couldn't have been more helpful. She organised a taxi for us when we were leaving, and organised a place to leave our luggage for a few hours. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and even though it was compact it had everything we needed.. And a view!!

You could not ask for a better location. You walk out the door and are a few yards from great restaurants and sight seeing. The room was very clean and modern. The chairs at the table could have been a big more comfortable, but you aren't in your room much here. The windows were very good at blocking sound, but remember, you are in a very dense city with services that pick up pretty early in the morning.

If you are not experienced with renting units in this type of pedestrian location it can be a bit stressful to drop off, park, and check-in. I think a paragraph explaining it in a bit more detail can help ease the process. Like, there is a small area you can pull over to drop your bags on the narrow streets where you can call and get buzzed in, then in the car you can follow that street around the peninsula to city parking which costs 15 Euro per day, the walk back is 15 minutes through the beautiful town. When you call our number at xxx where we will buzz you into the front door, then again into our suite space, then again into your room where you will find a card key that will give you access to all three. Once you are there, though, it is amazing!

The Terrace with the ocean view, especially for sunset . I appreciated the kitchenette and the location.

The property was very close to an outdoor DJ music site filled with electronic music all evening until one in the morning at times it kept me from sleeping and was very annoying

Location was superb. Very large condo but without kitchen (some of hers have kitchen.) . Comfy. Very good AC. Host was very helpful and responsive, though she works mostly remote. We had the city street view balcony, which was fine, but some street noise. Her sea views are better.

No lift and there were 20 steep narrow stairs. They do not make up the room except between guests.

Loved the location. Close to everything. Loved the little balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment was fresh and clean with everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy. Also felt very safe and secure.

Everything was wonderful. (Maybe some new towels??)
