The room was very clean and carefully looked after. Breakfast was excellent, international enough but also with local touches. The hosts are very friendly and happy to help. The location was just above the nicest beach for miles around, and our room had a nice view of the ocean. The beach is nice and sandy, the water stays shallow for a while. Finding space on the beach wasn't an issue in the off season, but I would be more worried during Summer vacation. The surrounding towns and hills are very pretty and are home to many authentic agriturismos eager to let you try their food and wine.

The bed was a little shaky and the fan in the bathroom very noisy. No big problem though, we slept very well here.

Located in front of the sea, we always found free parking place nearby (end of August). I guess it is a perfect location for people that want to stay at the beach all day and nights. The beds are comfortable and we had a cute terrace with a sea view. The staff was friendly when present. There is a small kitchen that you can use to make a salad or serve some ready made meals. Good coffee machine in the room.

To go to the city centre is a bit far, and not pleasant to walk to under the heat, we always took the car. The staff was not always at the facility, only in the mornings between breakfast and lunch time. The price was too high, considering the service offered: less than average breakfast, no smart tv, faulty shower, and air conditioner next to the bed. In general, I don't like the idea of an elevated Airbnb experience at the price of a hotel. You don't really get the comfort of a hotel and neither all the conveniences of having a private kitchen and appliances.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of breakfast items to choose from. Fresh fruit, bread, meats and cheese and juice. Moist and tasty baked cakes each day. Some with fruit inside. Coffee,espresso and cappuccino on offer. Very clean facility. Rooms were cleaned each day. Beds and pillows comfortable. Great location right on the beachfront, very good price for the stay. Beach chairs available for free use for each room! Fresh water bottle refilled daily in our refrigerator.

The room and the location was excellent. Lori was always very kind and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days. Noto was just 15 mins away by bus and the property has a beautiful beach with clear waters just across the street. My 5 year old quickly became a big fan of this beach. Water is shallow and the beach has clean and soft sand. The breakfast they served was amazing and people were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend pantanello rooms.

The host was very, very helpful and nice. The room was a bit small but nice, clean, and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Very close to the beaches. Beautiful view of the ocean in the dining area, breakfast was tasty.

There could be a small table with chairs in the room, and it was a bit too far from the store on foot, but with a car, it's not a problem

The property is a road away from the Pantanello beach and very easily accessible. The room was clean and had great amenities. The host also offers a great variety of breakfast and a fun & enjoyable skipper boat excursion which should not be missed! Most importantly, the host, Salvatore and his family are very kind and helpful people. They are a good reason enough to stay at this place.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Pantanello Rooms. The room was modern and spacious with a great sea view. The hydrotherapy shower was wonderful as well! Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. There's a lovely sandy beach opposite, with a brilliant beach bar serving coffees, cocktails and lunches. There was also a lifeguard on duty. Avola was a pleasant location. Not too touristy but enough bars and restaurants to offer some choice. Restaurants are 10 minutes' walk in either direction along the sea front.

Perfect location!! The hotel was right next to the beach and they even provided beach chairs to use for your stay! Breakfast was amazing and the coffee was made to order. Delila made our stay so wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed! The rooms were very comfortable too! Grazie!!

Front beach location Room standards were very good Breakfast was wonderful !!!! Compare to any other breakfasts we had. Avalo is very recommended if you plan to see Noto and Siracuza.

The floor required wet cleaning from time to time, the rest were very very clean.
