Everything was perfect!🫠 breakfast and swiming pool was excellent

Location is little bit uncomfortable, you have to drive a car if you want to go somewhere.

Fantastic large pool, spacious and modern. The suite was fantastic for a family of four, with small private patio and easy access to pool. The spa was beautiful - particularly the indoor pool for the hottest party of the day. Brilliant to have the option of a minibus to Ortygia as there's limited parking - and it's a lovely old city which is fabulous for dinner. Friendly helpful staff gave us excellent recommendations - La Putia for dinner was exceptional. Comforts - bedding, towels etc - all highest quality

The only thing I'd change was the music choice around the pool - given the spa ambience it would be nice to have more relaxed, quieter music

it was very quiet when we were there so there were plenty of sunbeds. The outdoor pool was fabulous although colder than the sea. The staff were excellent and looked after us extremely well. Although located 20 minutes from Syracuse The hotel runs a courtesy bus three times a day into the town so we were able to visit without worrying about parking and driving. We had a huge bedroom with a separate seating area, bathroom and toilet and were given access to the spa which normally costs €45 per person per day – expensive in my opinion but it was a luxury we used as we had some rain during our stay. There was also an extensive breakfast buffet with an amazing selection of fruit, breads, cakes, cereals plus You could order from a menu – eggs, porridge, other European hot breakfasts. Restaurant staff were very attentive and polite.

Nothing really - evening meals were à la carte which was fine for a couple of evenings although a little on the expensive side. We tended to take the minibus into Ortygia where we found some great local restaurants.

Beautiful property, wonderful breakfast. Rooms were nice and comfortable.

We were there end of may which was just before the busy season. The hotel was very quiet, and it was hard to get service by the pool (the bar was only open on one day of our 4 day stay). Also, the kid pool with waterslide was closed, and my kids were very bummed out as we had been showing them photos before arrival and that is what they were most excited for. Definitely need a car, as it is a little remote, but easy enough to get to some of the surrounding towns.

Even though the location is a distance from Ortigia and beach the Spa provides a free shuttle to both places. The spa itself is impressive As we arrived outside the season we have got a free upgrade Good breakfasts, when asked for a soft boiled egg (outside regular menu) there has been no problem whatsoever and the egg has been served quickly in excellent “soft condition”

I wish I could give the hotel a higher score than 10! Everything was exceptional and we had a wonderful stay. The photos do not do justice to how great the location, pool and rooms are. Staff were friendly and attentive, making you feel very much at home. We had a suite with jacuzzi which was a lovely addition. Breakfast had so much choice and everything was fresh and looked wonderful. We left feeling happy and relaxed.

Just wish we could have stayed longer!

My son and I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We loved the complementary massage - my son ADORED his chocolate massage! A big thank you to the reception team, spa staff, and room service for making our stay so enjoyable. The hotel's location amidst lemon and orange fields was beautiful, and we enjoyed easy access to Syracuse while still feeling like we were at a resort. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the outdoor pool later in the season

1. All of the staff were first class - have never experienced anything like it before. Friendly and most competent - at no time were we disappointed. 2. The room, facilities and grounds are uniquely great. 3. Restaurant at all times of the day] - meals were very good.

1. The location is somewhat isolated - but in a way that was a bonus: surrounded by lemon groves. Quiet and restful. 2. shuttle service is provided that enabled visits to be made without driving

The hotel is very nice especially the food, pool and the rooms. It was always clean. The staff was always friendly. The breakfast was always good with fresh items while the dinner was always different. The area is very quiet. A relaxing holiday indeed. We will come again for sure.

There were plenty of ants..Maybe the hotel can do some lights near the playing field and if possible to be always clean since they are not well kept.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, lots of comfortable outside seating areas spread out across the property, amazing pool and loads of sun beds and a bar/waiter service for drinks all day, nice spacious room and bathroom, and our outdoor terrace had a hot tub (think we got a free upgrade!). Little things like complimentary water etc made it feel classy. Staff all very friendly. Good breakfast. Lovely drinks, with great accompanying complimentary snacks.

Restaurant aiming to be fancy, but consequentially meant choices were quite limited and expensive - particularly at lunchtime, where even the menu by the pool was a few weirdly complex dishes only. The quality of the food was great and nice for one or two meals, but too much hassle to do too often, which meant looking elsewhere and it's quite isolated so not much else in the area. The service, particularly at dinner, was all a little overdone and reminiscent of the 1980s - so older clientele may appreciate it but it felt a bit stifling and awkward. But all the staff were lovely.
