Very quiet and tranquil place. Breakfast very good (mix of Continental & English) Rooms vers spacious and clean Pool area fantastic Ample parking The best of it all, are the staff….. they are ALL so friendly and helpful especially Laila and the waiter….. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We took a takeway breakfast which was very good - sandwitches, cake, juice, devered to the room a night before. Staff was very kind and smiling - thank you very much! Staff organized hot water so we could heat the food for our baby. Beds were comfy, there was a fridge in the room. Room was spaceious. Car could be parked just few meters from the room. Hotel is easy to find. Just 15 minutes drive from Siracuse. 5 minutes drive from nice Pizza/Bakery spot.

Aircon was not working, but staff organized a portable heater which was brought to the room, staff also did eveyrthing to help us. Water from shower was flooding all bathroom. Not everything was ready as hotel was still obviously preparing for the season - not a big problem for us.

Our stay at Kalaonda Resort was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were charming, with comfortable beds and everything spotlessly clean. The resort itself is beautiful, with plenty of space and a great playground where the kids could run around and have fun. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The location and place was overall great but the service was absolutely amazing especially Corado he made us feel so much better after our car got stolen and was of help with everything special thanks to him ❤️

Highly recommendable. The breakfast was the best I have had in Sicily. The staff amazingly helpful and speak english. The room was huge and comfortable. Conveniently located away from the city with a huge parking.

I don't know if it is accessable by public transport. the Swimming pool was closed during our stay.

The place is great, pool is large and clean, personnel friendly, rooms air-conditioned, all good

On our first night there was a party next door to the hotel (there's an event venue right next to the hotel) and we had loud music till late at night ....

Location was great, clean, accessible for wheelchair, breakfast was good, pool very nice... Bed's were good. Staff were Great and helpful ❤️ parking was comfortable too.

AC was a bit slow to meet up with our Room but they also bring us a fan. Fridge is a bit small for a family but we managed.

Peaceful and tranquil setting. Fabulous breakfast! Stunning decor and quality furnishings. Very helpful staff in the dining room and reception. We were offered a light lunch when we arrived at 3pm which we had although there is no actual restaurant serving evening meals. Beautiful clean pool with tropical palms around it. Very good daily room and bed making. There is a small shop 10 mins walk away where you can get wine etc. We were advised not to hire a car as the traffic in the cities makes for quite a hairy experience! You Have to go to Ortigia (bus 23) which is where all the life is - side street cafes, bars shops and historical buildings just over the bridge from Siracusa. Lots to see. However...

Unfortunately the hotel cannot be moved to an area with at least somewhere to walk to in the evening! It really is in the middle of nowhere. Not being able to walk out to enjoy a meal or drink spoiled it for us. We had no car so relied on taxis - horrendously expensive - and buses which was fun but limiting. Last bus back from Siracusa was 8.30pm. The sea is a 15 minute walk but no beach or facilities.. Beware NO Restaurant or bar! Large coach parties are catered for though.. Pool towels are charged at 2 euros each. At least 5 of the pool loungers had cracks. No signage to say which is the deep end. No complementary water or glasses in the room which is unusual I think? The TV only shows Italian programs without Sky which would have been useful on the 2 days we had rain!

Great character modern conversation where they used to make olives. Had spacious room with view. Quiet countryside location. Weather not warm enough to use pool. Gave me a bottle of prosecco for my birthday. Friendly staff.

Slight smell of damp from old wall behind bed. They said will see what they can do.
