The property itself is just gorgeous, with all sorts of gardens and diversions. The room was spacious, with all the amenities one could want, but was a little bit “dated“, for example, there were no USB chargers, the furniture looked like it had been purchased 20 years ago, etc. this was not really a negative, but I suspect that the place would be stunning with an update. The proprietor was helpful and friendly, and there was a wide range of options for breakfast.

It was a little bit out of the way. It took us about 15 minutes to drive into town to have dinner. This is not a place you want to stay if you don’t have a car.

Very nice historic villa with beautiful garden and very nice swimming pool. All the staff was very friendly, with very good communication and meeting all our requests. The villa is located a bit outside the city but we did not mind at all. It was very quiet and within 2 km you could reach the coast with several nice restaurants next to each other. We had really nice time and would return any moment.

As it is not possible to drink water from the tap, drinking water could be provided for free and not as a paying supplement.

An excellent destination for a peaceful retreat away from the city. The hotel owner, Sebastiano, is highly responsive and readily available via WhatsApp for any assistance. The breakfast is diverse and of outstanding quality—booking with breakfast included is highly recommended. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff is exceptionally courteous and discreet. I strongly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and well-managed stay.

Without a car, reaching the city center, shops, or other places is impossible.

The apartment was very nice, cosy and covered our needs. The surroundings were very paradise alike, nice atmosphere in the garden by the pool and very quiet. Given the fact that we had the whole place for ourselves, the swimmingpool area was perfect. The location was nice and quiet, maybe due to the fact that it was outside the center of Siracusa. But we already knew that, which was perfect as we had rented a car.

The breakfast was limited, also due to the fact that there was only 1 croissant, 1 bun to each of the guests - and this appeared very limited whenever you were hungry in the morning.

Amazing property with a beautiful garden located in a peaceful area. It is around 15-20min drive to Ortigia, Syracusa and close to the sea. The owner Seb was very friendly and helpful and had a particular eye for detail. The breakfast buffet was delicious with fresh bread, eggs, cakes, fresh fruits and more. Cherry on the top was the big pool! We highly recommend this hotel and it looks even more beautiful than in the pictures.

The property is off the beaten track especially when traveling at night. It appears, Sicily is not big on street lamps on smaller roads so, getting to the destination is a bit unnerving. We arrived at the gates and followed the instructions into the lot (very straight forward). However, the entire premises was empty of vehicles or people and lit only by stars. We entered our tiny room. We felt unsafe but decided to walk the property a bit more. Everywhere, not a soul in site. Suddenly, a car pulls through the gate. At that point, I felt we were in danger and would end up on dark web death video and news, “A couple on vacation in Sicily were tortured, mutilated and sacrificed to the Baba God of the underworld”. Much to my pleasant surprise, a polish couple with their two young children pulled up. The stated that they were at this location for a few days; it is normal for all the guests to head into town for their dinners and will return shortly. Cut forward to the following morning - We woke up to a beautiful, cloudless day and walked the lush green gardens before being served breakfast. It was a pleasant conclusion to our story at the B&B and the Baba God of the underworld will have to wait!

They shouldn't call this a B&B. It is beyond that. This is paradise! The outdoor space is so beautiful. The garden, the swimming pool. Stunning! The room was very comfortable with everything we needed. Everything was so perfect. The breakfast it is more like a Michelin Star! Thanks to Sebastian, we will be back soon.

I didn't like that I had to leave because my holidays finished :(

Beautiful property, with extensive gardens and great pool. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of gluten free options and the very friendly owner making delicious cappuccinos. Very relaxing place to wake up. Friendly to our children

Need to drive to get anywhere, but there are several good restaurants a 5 min drive down the hill.

A wonderfully beautiful B&B surrounded by nature! The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive. Check-in was easy and relaxed. I especially want to highlight the breakfast – super delicious, with a wide variety and prepared with lots of love. A place to feel comfortable and unwind, the pool is amazing – we’ll gladly come back! THANK YOU.

The place is absolutely beautiful. The gardens, the pool and the villa. Sebastiano was very helpful and generous. The breakfast was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was extremely clean. Very close to some wonderful beaches. Quiet and lovely.

No access to drinking water, we had to drive out to get some.
