Interesting place, ambient, in a countryside.

It wasn't really clean, breakfast was meh the whole breathes being really worn out. Dead inside.

Please read the section below first - The hotel was quaint and had a handful of guests there. It was clean and neat. When we arrived at about 6pm, they had most everything locked down, including the front door, which you needed to be buzzed in. Being that this is out in the country, Im not sure why they had to lock the front, especially when they had a locked front gate entrance to access the parking lot. The breakfast was decent, basic eggs and toast with coffee. Nothing super special. The room was nice, clean and simple.

The problem that we had was there was a wedding that started there at 10pm at night. They had LOUD music playing until 1:30am. We were located right next to the area that they were occupying. The hotel staff seemed unwilling to actually stop the loud music from continuing. They claimed that they started late and were simply "trying to have fun". I can understand and appreciate planning for the day, but when it comes at the cost of everyone else's comfort, that is not fair, nor was it our (or any of the other guests) fault for them starting late. The courteous thing to have done, was keep the music down in level... not at close to max volume.

No wifi at all and was advised on last day that wifi is available only in reception. Television inexistent. Very uncomfortable beds. No hot water. I stay in a lot of hotels but this is the worst in my life after Rome.

During our trip to Sicily, we found the hotel staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. Their welcoming attitude certainly enhanced our stay. However, our overall experience was marred by a few notable issues. Despite the hotel advertising the availability of WiFi, we were disappointed to discover that the rooms were not equipped with this amenity. The limited WiFi was only accessible near the reception area, with no coverage near the pool or in the rooms. Furthermore, our last day took an unpleasant turn when we discovered what appeared to be an insect nest falling out of the wardrobe as we were removing our clothes. This discovery was quite unsettling and raised concerns about the cleanliness of the accommodations. We promptly shared our concerns with the reception staff, who appeared shocked by the situation. We even requested to speak with the owner, who was reportedly on the premises, but unfortunately, they did not make themselves available to address the matter. While the helpful and friendly staff were a positive aspect of our stay, the lack of advertised WiFi in the rooms, along with the cleanliness issue we encountered, left us with a negative impression of the hotel. These issues significantly impacted our overall enjoyment and comfort during our time there.

.False advertisement, the place is horrible, for this reason i left agter 30 minutes. No restaurant facilities no ice available and everything was dirty and outdated. I been asking to the hotel manager for a refund and he didn't even email me back. Can booking please help me to get the refund?
