I had a wonderful experience at this B&B. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the main tourist attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with local tips or anything I needed. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated—perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay when walking the Via Francigena Sud. I stayed at gaeta instead of formia. Nice big room and good bathroom. In the middle of the old town close to restaurants and shops.

Clean and spacious. A very nice and quite location. A little far away from Gaeta, but still reachable by foot. Would come back.

There was no breakfast included or as extra payment, so it was more a hotel than bed and breakfast.

It was fabulous!!

We loved that the property is in the heart of Gaeta but on the lower part of town, by the harbour, because we did not know that Gaeta goes upwards and there are some b&bs that are up some steep steps. So we were super happy not to have to climb uphill with our luggage but just park and walk 3 minutes. This b&b is also very practical as from there you walk a few steps and you have really nice bars and restaurants. Also we liked that the hosts were super kind and they have some reserved parking for the guests which have a fair price and are super near the b&b. The room had everything we needed and the staff was lovely.

The room looked as if it had been renovated a bit in a hurry and the furniture put there a bit randomly, but overall we had a really nice stay.

At 10 o clock the cleaner told us to go away, even if the owner sayed the checkout is at 10.30. The coffe machine in the apartment was broken
