the breakfast was a voucher for a nearby bar (quality very high) the position in the middle of the historical center with nearby the little train to go around in the evening the rooms have been decorated very stylishly and if needed a kitchen is also available. Wi-Fi is well functioning. Very available and friendly staff. on a separate note: seems a lodging that is mainly targeting couples, friends, hence no crying babies or yelling kids.

The parking space (included in the lodging) is too far from the lodging, meaning if you need the car for an emergency situation you need to walk quite far. The terrace could not be used that much (just late in the evening and super early in the morning as there is no protection from the sun. The fact that when you go on the terrace, the AC stops authomatically in the room (so you can't refresh the room, while being outdoors). Suggestion: to add on every door the best exit way in case of an emergency, and the top floor rooms are a bit a trap (there seemed to not be a secondary exit).

The apartment in a very beautiful place, absolutely gorgeous cafes and restaurants located in this part of the city. The beach from the hotel Terra san vito is very beautiful, that's a huge bonus from the hotel.

But beach is not so close. Terra san vito is 8 km away - you need a car, taxi or bus to get there.

Well located. Very responsive staff. Comfortable rooms. They even gave us access to their beach side resort for free!! That was very appreciated.

There was a foul odeur in one of the 4 rooms we rented that remained all week despite attempts to fix it. Lots of stairs but good to burn off the extra gelato (:

We absolutely loved out stay. It was very clean and location is incredible. Big room with plenty of ammenities (including a small dishwasher) and a gorgeous view over Gaeta (if you pick a room with a balcony).

If you are arriving in a car, the parking situation is a bit tricky, but there are options if you communicate with the hotel.

Room with modern facilities and a comfortable bed. Clean and nice smelling. Free parking in any blue carpark lots in Gaeta (best if there’s any empty lot in Piazza Commestibili). Staff provided clear instructions to access the room. He was also flexible and helpful to allow us to utilise the free parking coupon for a couple of hours after our check out.

Inconvenient if you have heavy luggages. Need to climb up the stairs to the hotel from Piazza Commestibili. Within the hotel, there’s no lift and you will need to climb up flights of stairs (depending where your room is). Shower area in my room was also dark.

When we finally found the place it was a very positive surprise. In the center of the old city and with beautiful views from the terrasse. Spacious, nice kitchen and bath.

The nice location comes with callenges. Difficult to find. Prepare for stairs. Either down from the castle or up from the square by the sea. No staff in reception. You have to call, text or..

Very friendly staff, easy to find, provided a lot of information. The apartment was warm as we traveled in the colder season , very clean, very nice location. Parking is approximately 10 minutes walking but no problem abou that. Breakfast is a typical italian one in a nearby caffee

The location is located in a beautiful area overlooking the sea. Inside everything is clean and beautiful.
