Perfect location, the view on the lake is fabulous. There is an excellent staff, always helpful, especially the ladies at the dinner. The breakfast is perfect with a lot of choices. We also had great dinners on some days of our stay. We had a nice room with a large balcony with a view on the lake.

Just one small thing - my bed was perhaps old and could be exchanged for some more modern and comfortable

The hotel is beautiful and peaceful and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and amazing views. We had two rooms and the double on floor two was much nicer than the twin on floor 1 although that one had the best view. The breakfast was just right with a wide choice of quality foods and not an overwhelming amount. The staff at breakfast were always polite helpful and friendly. The rooms were always serviced perfectly. We are pleased we chose a less touristy destination than some of the towns around the lake. We could have easily stayed for longer!

We requested the safe to be mended in one of our rooms on two occasions but this wasn’t resolved by the end of our stay. Fortunately we had two rooms so were able to use the other safe to keep our passports and jewellery in .

Everything was amazing ! The room had a very big bed with the balcony that had the most amazing view ! Breakfast is very good , the staff was amazing , the restaurant has good quality food ! It's very easy to get to the lake , just 5 mins walk . Downtown is 10 mins walk . Easy to get to anywhere on Lake Garda ! They have the parking inside of the gate (that needs reservation) and a parking on the side of the hotel . They felt sorry for us not having a parking spot in one of the days, so they let us park for free inside . The reception ladies were very, very nice , it was clean and just amazing ! We will come back again !

The view was spectacular. Small, quaint town nearby. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was tight.

Beds mattresses are terribly worn - not comfortable to sleep. Hotel is quite old an needs to be refurbished. Be awared that hotel is in a hill, so in any circumstances of disability should keep it in mind.

The hotel was lovely. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony was smaller than expected but still very nice to sit out on. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The pool and sauna was great too. The garden wasn’t exactly as we pictured though. It was a short walk down the hill to local restaurants and shops although if you don’t have a car, it’s quite difficult to get groceries as the tiny local shop was rarely open and had minimal stock. The hotel breakfast was lovely, it did get very busy though on a couple of days and there was a big queue of people waiting. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times on an evening and it was delicious. The only thing that spoiled it a little was that we weren’t aware it was a dog friendly hotel. We love dogs but 2 doors away from our room was a dog that barked a lot on an evening and early in the morning which kept us awake.

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable time at Meandro's Hotel. From the very starting of our stay: finding my name at the parking spot previously reserved, a warm welcome by the kind and very professional staff to the amazing lake view in our bedroom. The room is spacious and offers all the necessary for our one-night stay. Bathroom is practical and appropriately sized. In addition, in the room you'll find a beach bag containing towels while in the bathroom the bathrobe very useful for the indoor swimming pool, where you can chill and have a good swim. Breakfast was amazing: it has a good variety of both savory and sweet options, some of which local, for a satisfying breakfast. I'll definitely come again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved Gargnano & people up there seemed so much friendlier than in Sirmione. Received a free update I am most grateful for. The view from the balcony was marvellous & from tge restaurant especially. The owner has an exquisite taste & love for detail. Fantastic restaurants in town too! The breakfast was fantastic & there was nothing missing! A great start into a day! I would highly recommend this hotel. They made me feel welcomed & appreciated. Grazie Mille 🙏

I personally dislike dogs & some visitors left their dog in a room opposite mine unaccompanied & he would not stop barking. Would not blame the hotel for it but it was handled poorly & affected my performance/computer. It should under no circumstances be permitted to bring pets in a hotel in my opinion & certainly not unaccompanied. It’s not only very stressful for the guests but also for this poor little dog. I am travelling for work.

It is close to the town which is wonderful. Its great to walk to town so easily. The view from the hotel is stunning. The staff is very kind, accommodating and friendly. The hotel is somewhat updated and pleasant.

Our sink drain would stink up the whole room if not shut and our bathroom ceiling had mold. It was obvious the ventilation in the bathroom was clogged. It should be fixed… parking is tight and I wish is didn't need to be reserved.

Excellent location to enjoy Gargnano and the lake, good sized room with a terrace and a great view of the lake. Loved breakfast lots of options to choose from, same with the restaurant in the evening. Really friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities including a good sized pool.

I'd struggle to find a problem with our stay, the only thing I can think of was a problem with the hairdryer, but that was quickly sorted by the hotel staff.
