- location is out of this world - greatly maintained - staff are professional - dine in was delicious - room service is excellent - balcony was great - an upgrade that assured our privacy was a pleasant surprise - the lobby is spacious and comfortable - breakfast was varied and delicious When you arrive close to the hotel’s location you notice board signs that says 5 stars and a capital “L” next to the hotel’s name I assure you the “L” stands for LUXURY in capital letters…..well done Lefay team

Astonishing view. Great pool area.

A labyrinth with clear directions. First night, we had, for a venue on this ratings, catastrophic Steak Tartars. After complaining, they chose not to charge for it. The only compensation was a gentile cup of coffee per person. :-/ Remaining meals went without reason to complain, without being overly impressive.

The magnificent position of the resort high above Lake Garda, the healthy vibe of the place, healthy food, healthy living, and wonderful facilities. The staff are simply amazing from the waiters to the people in the spa - all of them attentive and service orientated. Well done to the team!

Nothing really - I think you guys are on point!

Views were stunning, food was overall of a high standard. Enjoyed the activities, yoga teacher was excellent! Beautiful main pool was very relaxing to swim in. Hotel was perfect for a milestone birthday celebration.

Some of the waiting staff were unfriendly and my husband was made to change open toe smart sandals for dinner which was not welcome given that there was some bad footwear/attire tolerated we witnessed from other diners. A loud family near our room and screaming children around the spa pool was surprising and unwelcome. This hotel is not suitable for children, something that adults wanting complete peace and relaxation should be aware of.

The outside space will make us come back. The view is breathtaking and the facilities outside a real delight. The staff kindly recommended a lot of restaurants around the property and we had a great experience.

The interior design is very poor for an hotel of this standard. Also the staff is a bit slow sometimes. Restaurants (both of them) are way too expensive for the quality of the food (if we come back we will not dine there). Also the staff was coming often in the bedroom even though we did not put the indication to come and do the room - someone from the cleaning crew made my watch fall several times which was a bad surprise.

The property is located on a small mountain and that gives us one of the most gorgeous views from the hotel. The staff is very polite and hospitable. The pools and sauna are amazing. The sauna has absolutely beautiful views. The most gorgeous wellness resort ever for me.

Everything about this hotel was sensational. The facilities are unmatched in the region and the location, hospitality and focus on relaxation all combine to make Lefay the absolute number 1 resort in Veneto for a couple looking to escape the day-to-day and indulge in some luxury. A special mention must go to the staff who make you feel like a celebrity while you stay at the resort. Everyone remembered our names and greeted us warmly. They made arrangements for us with minimum fuss, always smiled, and maintained a constant level of attention that wasn't intrusive. They were perfect. The restaurants are excellent and the pool and spa facilities must be enjoyed every day. It'll take a good 3 days to make the most of everything on offer in this respect. Take it slow and really let yourself go.

The only word of warning is that you must be prepared to bring lots of money. Although it's not unusual for a resort of this calibre, it may come as a shock when you fork out 8 euros for a bottle of coke zero (for example). Generally speaking, if you're a couple staying on the resort all day, you'll likely spend about 80% to 100% of the room rate again on drinks, food, and so on.

I really recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is clean and tidy and also it’ also the breakfast was varied and the service and quality was great The restaurant of the resort offered a delicious food and the resort area is very quiet its a great place for honeymoon and I will come back again The last point I want to say is it’s better to rent a car to go to the hotel

Everything was so well organized, all staff did act with real care for every customer, no matter what responsibility they had, they dropped everything to assist the customer and remove any problems. Beautiful facility, stylish, high quality at all levels. Breakfast was great.

We stayed at Lefay hotel as part of our honeymoon, from the moment we stepped food in the building we were welcomed by the team there. The whole stay the staff where professional and attentive and there was no stone unturned to ensure we felt happy with our time there. We felt relaxed and had time to unwind during our time at Lefay and would absolutly go back in a heartbeat.

There was nothing we didnt like. We loved our stay.
