This hotel is perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors. Being right by the lake means there's always fresh air. I found the peace and quiet so relaxing. It was exactly the kind of accommodation I was looking for. I'd definitely recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

Just got back from a trip there in early March, and it was pretty dead. Lots of places were closed up for the season. Kind of a bummer if you're looking for a bustling vacation. The nearest location that I could find foods was Maderno. This hotel has a lot of charm, but it's definitely showing its age. The furniture in my room felt like it belonged in a museum. They really need to update things, but hopefully, they can do it without losing the vintage vibe. Also, the shower pressure was seriously weak, which was a bummer. Overall, it was okay, but could be much better with some renovations.

The interior is fantastic. I don't know why the other reviews are calling for a refurbishment!! Surely you booked it based on photos too?? Anyway, I loved it.. was a time warp but in a great way. The morning sun blasts into tue bedrooms (once the curtains are open) and into the breakfast room. Lots of options s for breakfast, the lake is underneath the hotel pretty much, so you can nip for a dip easy!! Loved it.

I arrived in the dark. Google maps takes you to the building, but up on the main high road, if you're heading from south, keep an eye in the right hand side for the entrance.

I loved that the annex was away from the hotel so nice and quiet

The annex is old, and an old, probably disabled person live here previously, your seatbelt is, it was slightly smelling of damp and there was an amount of mold stains on the tiles. But that did not ‘dampen’😉🙃 our stay. The whole of the hotel complex is in need of maintenance but I’m sure as the season gets going it will improve.

Welcome was great, breakfast very nice and lots of variety, also liked that there was a non slip mat in the shower so many places don’t have them & the base of the shower is very slippery! All the staff were wonderful!

Getting in & out of the property was very difficult due to the turn being on a very busy road, there is a mirror but we found it of very little help! Internet was very bad, made it difficult to do any forward planning or work!

Outstanding views from our room overlooking Lake Garda. The location is perfect for a walking/hiking trip. Very reasonably priced. Close to supermarket and a few little places to eat and drink. We drove and got take away, which wasn’t a problem to take back to the hotel. Very cheap take away and really nice food. I’d recommend hiring a car if you are there to explore. No taxi’s out of season. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast, I’d say it’s the best breakfast I’ve ever had based on the views only. It was so romantic and just amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Such a lovely lady who looked after us during our stay. She went above and beyond to help us.

Was hoping for a room with better lake views (ours was the last one on the ground floor, only limited lake views and room was quite dark), not enough light in the room, esp. in the couch area, wifi didn’t work properly

View was mind blowing, very good breakfast and location is bit far from the nearest town but if you have car than no problem with anything.

Swimming pool was not ready for swimming but they did not inform us about that earlier.

Staff super friendly, super helpfull, breakfast was plentiful and the location is very quite just as we like it. Beautiful spot.

The building and the rooms need some attention in particular there are not enough power plugs in the room. A bit tired.

Absolutely breathtaking view of Lake Garda! Our room was spacious and our deck was probably my favorite part! Gorgeous view of the sunset and mountains!

Almost zero water pressure (I could barely shower) and also the decking, as lovely as it was, needs a little work because of loose nails and such
