The room was very clean and modern, and overlooked the piazza opposite the Duomo.

The security locks were quite complicated. The breakfast was simple, a coffee and cake, and although nice, are provided in a rather rustic and functional cafe. There are no taxis to speak of in Gela and although buses do run, they were not in a timely fashion to take us to the bus station for onward travel at the time we needed for onward travel. As a result we needed to walk to the station in very hot weather, which took us 40 minutes which was quite uncomfortable

The location is excellent, if you are up to some sightseeing it's about 1-2hrs away from nice places like Siracusa, Funivia dell'Etna, Scala dei Turchi / Agrigento etc. Property is right in the center of the city so you can find plenty of good restaurants around. No parking included but there is a multi-level one just 5 minutes walking distance away (25EUR for entire month using EasyPark app). Our deluxe room was modern-style, very bright / clean with all appliances in good working condition (aircon / WiFi, washing machine). I recommend it!

Some small issue initially with auto check-in, had to exchange multiple messages with the owner before getting clear instructions. Make sure you have internet / roaming enabled (or even better buy local TIM data sim) Some essential items (from our POV) were missing like cutting board, proper kitchen knife, broom etc.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great. Hair dryer, iron and iron board are available. Very quiet place. There’s a mini fridge in the room. Very nice bed and pillows.

It took me a while to figure out how to open and close my room door. There are not many drawers in the room to store clothes. The curtain could have a blackout to allow the room to be darker for longer.

Everything was great the staff was very comunicative and understanding. Overal very nice and clean place with a beautiful balcony view on Duomo. The breakfast was also nice and the people were very lovely and friendly.

We loved the location. Our room was changed to accommodate our party. Something was changed within booking when we rebooked to change our dates add an extra day.

The electricity turning off when we left leaving the fridge to cool causing our food to spoil.

The location was great. In the heart of Gela and close enough to the beach.

The last day I had no running water. It happens I guess but it was inconvenient. Hopefully they sorted it out

Everything was operational and in good condition. I would say quite a quiet place for that amazing location.

I expected at least one chair on the balcony to enjoy that view from top. Also I would prefer a tiny coffee machine in to accommodation.

Parking, drove around for over an hour to find a place which was a long way from location. Lots of stairs to climb with luggage. Could do with a comfortable chair to relax in as room so large.air-conditioner didn't work so very hot

located in the heart of Gela ! Easy self check in. Big & comfortable bed. breakfast voucher for a little bar across the road - coffee & a Sicilian pastry yum !

I did not eat the breakfast. I checked out the breakfast store across the street. It looked like pastry and coffee only which is common in this area of Sicily.

Three difficulties. 1. Finding the location using Google was a challenge since many streets are not clearly marked. 2. Parking was a challenge. I would drive around for a few minutes and park as near to the room as possible. 3. The Gela citizens are allowed to yell and argue in the street until 2:00 am. This does not contribute to restful sleep.
