Probably the best 10 days of holiday we have had! This hotel makes you feel as if you are welcome guests staying with close family . The host family are lovable, friendly, helpful and truly charismatic and their care and heart warming attention to detail permeates every aspect of this hotel. Our room was comfortable and cleaned perfectly everyday. The covered patio made the most perfect place for breakfast overlooking the Manfria Tower while the large, salt water pool was spotless and beautifully installed in a huge terrace area overlooking the see. The 10minute walk to the beach below was worth the effort since we were almost always alone on 530m of golden sand with warm water lapping in over shallow sands so even 50m out, the water was no more than chest high. The car park is secure with an automated gate and hotel is an easy 10 minute drive from Gela. When the opportunity arises, we will go back and I think that in future, we will compare all our hotel stays with this one as our benchmark for what a hotel should really be.

I have only positive, happy feelings for this hotel.

It's a hidden gem for sure. The whereabouts of Villa are strange, really rural and there is nothing else in the village. The nearest towns are 30 min to east or west, so you need a car. But... the beach! The villa has access to 2 km of sandy beach which is just perfect. I mean - sand, no people (we didn't see anybody for 2 days), perfect water, surrounded by rocks, just beautiful! If you're looking for a solitary non-tourist beach, this is it. Also, the villa has their own 2 thousand years old Roman time watch tower. It's constantly visible from the villa, from the beach, you can walk to it - basically one of the kind experience.

It's not a hotel, so don't expect 24H room service, it has no dinner and the breakfast is traditionally modest. But it's just to make people aware because it's totally irrelevant compared to the overall experience.

The small family-owned villa, with absolutely excellent service and hospitality! Large rooms, very quiet are, gorgeous landscapes. It looks even better than on the pictures :) Beach is 10 minutes down the hill and is totally private. it’s difficult to impress me but i’m left very impressed and wishing I could come back there again soon.

The mattress was way too soft and no wifi in the room (even thou the Starlink Wifi was great at the whole property’s area)

Everything! The place is absolutely amazing, the beach is fantastic, super clean and private, after sunset you can see crabs climbing out of their holes. It’s surrounded by nature and truly idyllic. The pool is outstanding, the host cleans it couple times a day so you cannot see a single bug inside and the edges are bright white. The hosts are the nicest people we had a chance to meet during our 2 week stay in Sicily. We will be returning to this place because it’s one of a kind.

Breakfast was stunning and a new change every day, but good consistency for most of it. I loved the pool, the private beach and the rooms, especially the apartment with the fridge. The staff were amazing, especially the short haired chef (I can't remember her name, but she made the holiday for us). Rooms clean and comfortable. Air con was epic (bar 1 day out of 12). I truly recommend this place!

The WiFi sadly was shared between a lot and it was hard to get hold of it. Some could get it at times. The bed, you do sink into. I had a sore back 1 of the days, but wasn't too bad overall. Booking.com advert said it was a shared kitchen. That's no longer in place. If you get an apartment with a kitchen, all will be good. Ensure which room you're getting first before buying food. Fixed by the staff though, so that was good.

The place is clean, quiet, and incredibly tranquil — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The swimming pool is very nice and well maintained — a great spot to unwind. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with tasty options every morning. One of the highlights is the nearby beach, just a few minutes’ walk away. It’s a true paradise with stunning views. Highly recommended!

I wanted somewhere remote and peaceful. It certainly was. Superb views and pool area. Maria and her colleague did a fantastic job going above and beyond. Welcoming smiles from all Very secure parking. The villa dogs 🐕 Not a beach person, but very secluded private beach below the villa. Honesty fridge and freezer for cold drinks/ ice creams. A very rare 24 hrs pool.

Nothing to dislike

Fabulous location. The beach is stunning. Perfect for swimming. Shallow, calm water. Soft sandy beach 8 minutes walk down from the villa. Few people on the beach. There is a small nature reserve with lesser kestrels. Staff were very friendly and provided lots of useful information about the surrounding area. Well-equipped apartment with kitchen and two en suite bedrooms. Overall, the villa accommodates 15 people. Pool was clean with a fabulous view of the Manfria tower.

What a beautiful place to stay. The location is somewhat remote and close to the beach. Although this private beach can only be reached via a steep path outside the accommodation (15 min walk). The beach is quiet and beautiful. We had the suite with balcony. We often enjoyed the sun here. The entire accommodation is clean and in good order. Covered parking is provided (handy for a sunny day). The breakfast is very sweet. Cakes and all kinds of delicious homemade pastries. The first 2 days we had bread and savory fillings after that only the sweet pastries. One had to ask a day in advance for a savory breakfast (we didn't do that though). The lady who helps with breakfast is super friendly but only speaks Italian (luckily there is Google translate). Everyone on the staff is very helpful.

Property is located in rural location with access to very private beach 400 meters away. Facilities were exceptional - large living room, large bedroom and two showers. Apartment had private patio with a sea view. a lot of various areas to rest including pool area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Did not dislike anything. Only one improvement suggestion - Would be good if in the apartment was mini fridge where to keep some snacks and drinks.
