Lovely resort. Best features were the pool area and beach and all inclusive sports. The resort was very clean, and the staff awesome. Food was good - buffet style - with varied options

When we arrived we were told only the main buffet canteen was open. There was nothing about this on booing.com when we booked. Not the end of the world, but felt like we were paying for something that then wasnt on offer ! Be warned. The beach area comes with dedicated 2sunbeds and an umbrella for the stay. You cannot buy/ask for more beds and have to approach this day by day with the beach staff. Not so bad in a quiet time, but would imagine an issue in peak periods.

Location is undeniably stunning with its beautiful beach and nice swimming pools. The staff responsible for the entertainment (animatori) were fantastic, their shows are amazing and they are always so welcoming.

The rest of the staff was incredibly disappointing. Starting with the reception, it felt like they had recruited people fresh out of an internship who totally lacked the desire to help. The lack of professionalism was shocking for a place of this caliber. It only got worse at the beach bar, especially during the afternoon on Ferragosto. The man working there was outright rude and disrespectful, making what should have been a relaxing day at the beach a frustrating experience. It's a shame because the resort itself has so much potential, but the service truly lets it down.

Great location and well organised hotel area. Lots of attractions for everybody: kids and adults. Tasty and healthy meal options for each and every taste.

Some attractions haven’t been working although they are supposed to be opened during the declared time. Not all of the staff speak English on a communicative level casing a misunderstanding regarding some information later (receptionists, safeguards, etc).

They really need to work a lot about the buffet and the food I was shocked about the food I even paid all inclusive and I had to go to eat out side because when you are in Sicily definitely you have to eat good

Some of the staff are helpful. The beach is not crowded.

Food is poor and meal times are short. It is like a school canteen. There seems a lack of activities. The bar is not good, staff are slow. Gym is very dated equipment. Didn’t see much in the way of water sports. Having Karaoke until late evening is not a great idea when rooms are so close.

Old facilities, mold on the walls, I found ants in my bed. I Had to change room 3 times during 2 days. Food was simple in comparing with others hotels on Sicily. Not recommended

Staff is not helpfull. My room smell chloride. Wi-fi was not avalable 2 days, what was very uncomfotable. Not recommended. Furthermore I didn't recevied invoice for my stay.
