The stuff was really amazing, and they treated us with so much respect and kindness. We were celebrating our sons birthday and they prepared amazing cake, got him a present and gift for our daughter. Everything about this resort was nothing but exceptional. We will be back.

Maybe just a couple of blankets would be nice during the colder nights.

It is completed by everything you deserve for your holiday. Ample parking. Very good food full board. Spacious rooms completed with mirrors for ladies. Equipped with a line to dry your clothes in the shower. Sandy lungomare is very nice and clean. Safety everywhere. There's animation even for those who are not Italian speaking one can have fun. A resort completed with a few shops and a wellness center. Great resort.

The mobile reception was so poor even lost in the room that you could not call home. Too many flies even at the restaurant. Work on these two things and you'll be top notch.

It would be nice to have more vegetables for breakfast and dinner.

Quiet and very clean place in beautiful settings. Nice buffet and beach. At the end of the row with sunbeds, its public area.

The beach was pretty nice even for young kids as sea was quite shallow. The food was fair but entertainment was good.

No WiFi in room, not even use of data was possible - only common areas had WiFi. Also to arrive to the resort, you have to go through rough roads

The pool and for sure the animation, despite the fact that we don't understand Italian, the staff from the animation always made an effort to speak to us and were all very nice. The restaurant employees (not all) were also nice and helpful. The hotel is for sure great for italian families, no doubt in that, but we sure not going back.

If you're not Italian, don't go there. No english or another language speakers besides the reception...even a simple coffee is hard to ask for because there is no big effort in trying to understand and help you. The all inclusive was really a big big let down since it includes only drinks like water and juice from an automatic machine, nothing else. During the day you only have specific periods to eat so, if you arrive at the hotel after 17h30 and you're hungry, lunch time is between 16h30 and 17h30 (and it's tea or juice and small pieces of cake only) so, no food for you, only if you pay for it at the bar as an extra. During the morning you have another period to eat which is pizza time (again only drinks from the machine and small pieces of what looks like a pizza). No alcoholic drink or cocktails (except during dinner and lunch time, where you have beer and wine, but only between 19h30/21h30, no more than that). The bar employees should be nicer. If you're not Italian you always feel like you don't belongand people don't treat (and serve, in the restaurant/bar) the same way as if you were. Regarding the all inclusive, it's very bad compared to what is supposed to be an all inclusive.
