We’re regular visitors to the Villa Francesca - it’s our preferred place of stay for the opera festival in nearby Pesaro. Irina and Ranieri couldn’t make us more welcome. It’s a beautiful ,location and a friendly small establishment - only 10 rooms. Everything is spotless and beautifully designed. The rooms are small but the balconies overlooking Gradara castle are lovely.

Nothing - it’s not exactly a cheap holiday but worth every penny for the comfort and welcome.

Breakfast, facilities and location are all perfect.

It is quite expensive but we are happy to pay the rate for the exceptional service and warm welcome provided. There are a few little things that don't work - for example, one of the bedside lights, and the tea and coffee provisions are somewhat limited, but those were not big issues.

We stayed for 2 nights and was blown away by the standard of care the owners had over their property. The Restaurant menu was of a very high standard which appealed to my tastes. The Executive Chef was very helpful with selecting the wine to match the meal. We will be back.

It is our second time we stayed here . Everything is just perfect, from the staff serving you extra snacks with your drinks , to the perfect surroundings and beautiful views as well as the immaculate decor. Perfect Italian Countryside views and all the amenties needed for a great stay.

The hosts were fantastic and really looked after me! The breakfast they prepared was exceptional. I was traveling for work and the location was perfect and beautiful! Highly recommended for a holiday and a base for exploring the local area which was stunning, I just wish I had time to explore it.

Pure hospitality! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Custom lunch and diner, especially for us. The owners put a lot of effort in making you feel comfortable. Very cooperative, bottles of water when we left etc. Understanding that the devil is in the details. Keep up the great job! Loved the experience!

It's an luxury Italian villa with quality interior. Nice and professional managers. For a short escape from reality it's a perfect location.

Excellent location, facility and staff. We had fabulous holiday. Definitely one of those places I will be considering planning my next vacation.

The facility is amazing, relaxing and quiet. There is no noise in the surroundings and the attention to the minimum detail is unconventional. on top of that the owners are characterized of an old elegant attention to the customers which is hard to find. It felt to be at your home. High standard of quality, high standard of service, but, above all, warm and cuddling attention to all customers’ needs from the owners

An exceptional hotel. The owners are very friendly and recommended us great restaurants and trips. We were able to charge our tesla vehicle at the property. The building, swimming pool and location were great. The breakfast was also very good.
