Everything! This is probably the nicest B&Bl we've ever stayed in. We live in Le Marche half the year and were taking friends from the USA on a visit of our beautiful region. Chiara met us when we arrived and helped take our things to our rooms. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. It felt like home, not a hotel room. The rooms have everything you would need for a comfortable stay, and the beds ad pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and included washcloths with the towels. In all our travel in Europe, this is only the second time we've had washcloths offered, and it was nice not having to wash our faces with a wet towel. The rooms have very nice balconies, and we were able to have the lovely, lovely breakfast outside. Chiara and her mother are the ultimate hosts, and were so attentive to our every need. We picked up pizza for dinner and they made sure we had everything the four of us needed to be able to enjoy it with real plates, silverware and napkins.. Breakfast was fantastic. There was such a variety of food and beautifully presented. Breakfast is brought to the room, and the four of us were able to eat together in one of our rooms on the balcony. We have other friends coming in October, and we will be reserving rooms there again. We can't thank Chiara and her mother enough for their hospitality, lovey home and beautiful friendship.

Absolutely NO negatives!!

It was a pleasure to stay here and I would have been very happy to stay longer. The room was perfect and both the bed and pillows very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, happily attending to any needs (A big thank you to Chiara for booking a taxi for my departure). I really liked the extra sitting room with coffee/tea facilities. Being able to pre choose what I wanted for breakfast and at what time, was a great way of insuring I got what I wanted and also meant there was no food wastage. The balcony where breakfast was served was a private space and set up for any weather. I appreciated the extra touches with the set out of breakfast, making it a very pleasurable experience.

The host greeted us with a warm welcome and gave us amazing suggestions on nearby restaurants. The room was spacious with everything and more than we needed. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast served on the terrace was really good. It was really close to the Gradara fortress which is very beautiful to visit at night.

Owners were very welcoming, accommodation was well presented and clean. Good selection of tea and coffee facilities supplied. Lovely balcony setting for breakfast. Perfect location to explore the magnificent castle and local restaurants.

No parking directly on the property, however this is slightly unfair as free and safe parking is directly opposite the property.

Chiara and her husband were perfect hosts. So kind and very informative. The location was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable (we were in the rose room). The breakfast out on our personal terrace was not only delicious but had a beautiful view!
