We stayed at the hotel for three nights, the deal was very fair, very good value for money, helpful staff (especially the young lady at the reception, who patiently answered all our questions and helped with all our requests) and of course the host Roberto, who offers a very good breakfast (good coffee from freshly ground beans), a pleasant sleep thanks to the quality mattresses and quiet and effective air conditioning. The hotel is older, the four-bed room was smaller, but the double rooms are apparently newly renovated.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile — they truly made us feel welcome. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and close to the town center. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to refill a carafe with cold drinking water at the lobby before 10 PM — a thoughtful and practical touch. Breakfast was excellent: fresh, varied, and generously served. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel!

I liked everything.

The breakfast was plentiful and very delicious. The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is within walking distance. We parked on the street, but since it was the beginning of the season, parking was not difficult. The hotel manager is a real Italian movie star, very helpful and friendly. :D A special plus is that the room was equipped with a power converter for use in Italy.

The hairdryer did not work, but it was no problem because we brought one from home.

Roberto the owner and the chef was very cool, made us his special omlettes, helped with parking and also carried my heavy bag. He even invited us onto his boat. The whole staff were great, very polite and always smiling. People are open and friendly in Grado, everything is clear and nice. The sea is marvellous, the hotel is very close to everything. We recommend it, and probably be back again!!!

Great location, the best breakfast we ever had in whole Italy, great coffee, nice and cooperative people at hotel, especialy the owner that likes to make very good eggs for breakfast. Everything is spotlesly clean and functional and rooms are big enough. We were lucky that we were invited by owner to special boat trip where his nice girlfriend Maria explained all about Grado history and we saw one of the most beautiful sunsets ever. Thank you for that. It was unforgettable. We will for sure come back.

The hotel is situated next to the beach and a lot of restaurants. The room was comfortable including the bed with a light quilt for couples with different AC temperatures preferences set. There is an elevator in the property.

Huge issues with the parking in the whole island, keep in mind and arrange in advance if you are by car. There was one bottle with soap in the shower cabin which is not convenient when using the sink.

Great breakfast. Nice bread, salamis, cheese, fruits, and very delicious coffee from Gaggia milano la Radosa - a machine worth of a small car. We were offered a prosecco at breakfast which was nice. ;)

Hard to find parking around. Pretty much full (end of august).

The friendly and welcoming atmosphere Robi and his crew created, the central location and of course the famous sunny side egg (tükörtojás how we call it in Hungarian) with ham for breakfast Robi is himself preparing ... Remarkable stay we had in this clean and comfortable room.

Well, parking sucks if it's busy season... But that has nothing to do with this nice accomodation

What put the Augusta on top of the pedestal was certainly the breakfast !!! Excellent and full of choices !!! The other outstanding memory is about the staff - friendly, competent and going out of their way to help

The size of the room and bathroom was on the small side - but more than compensated by the mentioned likes

A very good, reasonably priced hotel a short walk from the beach.

I was a little bit confused about the parking as the cost (if a place was available) was 10€ per day when street parking outside was 6€ for 24 hours. But we parked on the street. I also think it shoud be clearer and state 'limited parking available' and not 'parking is possible' as there were actually very few spaces available on the premises. It's only a minor point but this wasn't clear.
