The room wqs spacy as well as the terasse , sufficient for family , the equipment of kitchen quite ok , locality is great - in the middle of the city , between two “blocks” of beaches , breakfast was great and we can recommend to pay for it . Ifyou want , the facility can organize parking for you in garage for 10 EUR/ day . On line check-in and no need of staff for it was good . All in all , it is definitely better 8 ( like 8,5) and we can recommend to stay here , the price is reasonable as well . In case of more lighter room I would rate with 9.

In the hall in front of the room doors there wqs some strange smell of desinfection , our room was rather dark and the view from terasse was not nice - you stared on the old, dirty wall of another house - only after moving the furniture around the corner it improved a bit

It has a nice location: near to the city center and the beach but it’s still peacfull, not noisy. Although the breakfast was the same every day, there were so many type of foods that it wasn’t boring at all even for 1 week. Cafe was delicious. The breakfast hall was nice and clean .The staff was really kind and helpfull. The room was confortable, the kitchen is well equiped. Garage is really important in Grado and it was at a reasonable price.

Walls would need new paiting. Balcony was big but a bit empty.

The size of the room was really good. The location was perfect, really close to the beach and to stores and restaurants. We really liked that we were given a almost new babybed

The couchbed was not really comfy to sleep on. One of the doors to the balcony did not work and as it was the one in the living room/kitchen we had to go to the balcony through the bedroom where the kids had slept.

Beautiful, clean, large apartment. Excellent location a few minutes walk from the center. Very nice and helpful staff, they responded to requests immediately. Easy automated check in with no waiting. Pet friendly hotel. We have stayed here several times and certainly not the last time.

Good location, large terrace, safe parking.

There are many German guests in the hotel who cannot behave normally. They goof around at night, get drunk, and make noise. We were here last year as well, and there was a problem with the Germans, unfortunately the Germans are not cultured. Loud noises and parties at night must be prohibited!

Great place to stay, friendly and helpful staff at check in, breakfast and at check out. Easy parking, if you rely on a lift and can't do stairs, be careful booking here as the elevator was out of action a few times.

Needed a over haul . Looks as if it’s not been updated for quite some time .

Booked room for three, got a bedroom for 2 and a loungebed which was quite uncomfortable.
