The location is very good, the hotel is in the center of Grado, and the main beach is appr. 5 minutes’ walk. The breakfast is very-very good, the staff is really kind and helpful. I left my Apple watch in the room when we left the hotel and moved to Venice, but I could collect the watch at the hotel reception during on the way travelling back to our country two days later.

Breakfast was very good and the room had two nice balcony's. Very central hotel close to both beach and the city. Clean and spaceous rooms.

I asked for borrowing an Iron, but the hotel did not have any. I had expected that a 4 star hotel at least had one available for borrowing.

Staff was very friendly, there were plenty of free bicycles to borrow, valet parking service was perfect, we liked the location.

Breakfast - everything was very fresh and tasted great, but you have to choose during the check-in what time suits you. We've had available only the too early or too late time. We have chosen the later one what was not the smartest decision as the eggs were cold or already eaten, and pastry selection was very limited. We've sticked to the fruit and went to the excellent pasticceria behind the corner. On our last date we have to skip the hotel breakfast completely as we were leaving earlier. There is a nice bar on the ground floor but was not operating on the evenings. Still we've liked the place.

Very central, easy to get to the beach and restaurants. We were lucky to have had a huge balcony.

Rooms on the small side, but very clean and practical furniture so everything miraculously stows away.

Pleasant, high-quality accommodation. Quiet room, excellent location. The breakfast is also adequate.

The beds were small for us, and the air conditioning was difficult to control.

the only problem might be the bar downstairs you can hear on the balcony. but it didn’t bother us.

The staff were so nice and friendly, the hotel is really dog friendly, water and a feeding bowl were prepared for the room, the breakfast was excellent. We will go again!

A real pleasure to stay here, everything is clean and tidy, breakfast is really special, staff very helpful and friendly, the bikes we rented also perfect. We have been back many times and will again chose this hotel in the future!

Nothing much to improve. Cannot think of anything

Everything was great. The room was spacious with 2 big terraces. Breakfast was superb.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Very strange.
