Wonderful location in the heart of Grado. The terrace pool is just stunning, the food is delicious, the staff very kind and attentive, the service is first class, very convenient valet parking and free bike renting

The parking staff didn’t help me to put my luggage in the car the moment I left, from a 4starts superior I would expect some help from the staff, but the man didn’t care and leave me alone even though I was alone with 3 children and it was clear that I needed help

Everything was superb, but for one reason I will never visit again! While having breakfast ,dogs were allowed to come into the restaurant. When dogs shaking their hair would fly into the food. Besides that, how about the guests, who have allergies because of dog hair! Why the minority of dogs owner are expecting us to love their dogs. I would suggest to keep the dogs in the hotel room while the owners dinning in the restaurant. It was hard to find the Hotel, GPS was not able to locate the hotel, the surrounding streets are not accessible by vehicle.

Very friendly staff - special thanks to the super friendly garage-staff. Breakfast was very good, especially the coffee :) The room was clean, nice and comfy. The indoor thermal pool was nice as well and the roof-top terrace offers a great sight over the city

There is nothing much to dislike except the pool on the rooftop terrace which cannot be used during summer. The pool is (for whatever reason) filled with thermal water - so adding a little bit of sun - the temperature of the pool is well above 40 degrees Celsius, so you can only use it to cook yourself ;)

Comments about the outdated equipment and decoration of the rooms are out of the question, the hotel, on the contrary, perfectly maintains its unique aristocratic style. The furniture is designed to follow the tradition of the original, while being completely new and very elegant. The hotel is not only about the rooftop pool, but about the overall atmosphere and the brilliant location in the center of the old town. Everything is a short distance from here, to the supermarket, to the ATM, to many restaurants and shops, but also to the beach, which is only 100 meters from the entrance. Rooms are large enough, beds comfortable. Bathroom is also in a retro spirit, which, however, offers a feeling of luxury like in a castle. Excellent branded cosmetics were a pleasant surprise. TV with over 100 channels, vast minibar, quiet AC and convenient wardrobes. Meal options great with inroom dining. Breakfast is truly exceptionaly organized, wide choice of everything from delicious capuccino to different cakes. And well, rooftop area is brilliant, there were enogh sunbeds for high season capacity, several open showers right on the roof, restaurant ready to provide a drink next to the pool.

Reception staff could be a bit more positive.

We loved the rooftop swimming pool. Also breakfast was very good.

The server who makes coffee in the morning breakfast was very rude, he literally was yelling at me in Italian (seems like he is saying he is the one who has to make it for me) when I ask him how do I operate coffee machine. I understood what he was saying, but as minutes pass I got upset because how he was yelling at me very loud and with angry face. Very rude person

Their scrambled eggs are the best in the universe, just like their Nutella croissant! The breakfast is delicious and abundant, the room is clean and quiet, and the neighbourhood is fantastic. From the top of the Hotel you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and the beach. What else do you need for a fantastic stay? Strongly recommended. Thank you for the opportunity, I hope we can visit this Hotel in the future!

Everything was great and this is very rare. I could easily see the mistakes and problems, but this time I didn't find any. It was strange at first that our car was parked in the garage by the staff, but in any case, it is positive that the cars are parked in a covered garage (in case of extreme weather conditions, hails, etc - especially!).

Place of the hotel is good, rooms were normal and beds are comfy, but view from balcony to the other building. Inside pool and sauna are pretty basic, pool on the roof was normal, but nothing super special. Parking 25e/day inside building.

If you want to go to the beach you must to pay for sunbeds. You can reserve place from the hotel but you will need to go ~700 meters to it. Free beach is ~1km away.

Location was amazing. Staff was always helpful. Room was spacious and for an older hotel, maintained very well, keeping with a wonderful atmosphere. We rented the Sissi tents on the GIT beach which I highly recommend. 5 min walk and a lovely setting for a day at the beach. Worth the money for the tent rental! Across from the hotel is a little arcade for kids. A great bonus for the kids. Easy walk to everything!

The Hotel was clean, the stuff were kind and helpful.

The diner was menu optional, it wolud be great- if it will be buffet diner. I think it would be better for the guests. On the roof could be a menu of options...But the food was great. Breakfast was the same for 5 days, could be a little more varied, (sausages, different sausages, sourdough, more eggs, more sweet pasta) Baths close very early. Hotel does not have a sunbed on the nearby beach - which belongs to the guests

The breakfast was a nice, with a good selection. The location is convenient and close to everything, making it perfect for exploring this fantastic destination. Grado itself is such a charming spot, full of beauty and character. The room was spacious, clean, and offered everything needed for a comfortable stay.
