Very well located in the centre and near the beach, with a good breakfast served outside. The atmosphere is very nice, family-like yet also professional. Nice and helpful personnel at the reception, interested in the well-being of the tourists but discreet. Room a little too small for four people, but with all facilities you need (including enough space in the wardrobe and a small fridge). Efficient AC. Good solution for parking your car. Nice shopping and restaurants nearby.

Noisy street in the morning, but we were glad to wake up in a lively and urban atmosphere.

The cleaness, the hospitality, the smile of the employers, the location, everything was so italian and perfect. When I had a problem with a door of the wardrobe, they fixed it immediately. The employers helped us to reserve the parking and the beach and we had towels from the hotel for the beach.

I can't say anything, maybe it would be fine to have a minibar, but în the lobby of the hotel there was a bar. You are great.

This hotel has very friendly staff and also the possibility to park your car in a private parking lot that is located a couple of minutes from the hotel. The breakfast has a good choice of meals and it was tasty. Everything is very clean. This is a great place to stay in Grado.

The prices for sun umbrellas and beach loungers are quite expensive. But this is not necessarily something the hotel can influence. At least you can book them at the hotel in advance.

Family atmosphere, perfect location in the middle of town and very close to the beach. Staff is cleaning around the clock!

We had the nice surprise to be upgraded into the “junior suite”. Still the second room was pretty small and if a family room has less space than that, it becomes quite packed.

We stayed outside of the season on night in a small room for ~60€ the other in a bigger for ~80€. The personal was super friendly and helpful. The location was very good, close to the sea and the city centre.

The rooms were quite small and the double beds had a gap between the mattresses and were not that comfortable. For the price still a good offer.

Very friendly personell, always at hand to fulfill guest requests. Good breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, jam, toasts, three types of bread, butter, jogurth, fruit juice...and of course coffee and tea.

Parking is not directly at the hotel but about 300m away.

the rooms are super basic, and it felt a bit institutional, almost hospital like ! we were offered an upgrade but got charged for it, and really not sure what we got extra for the 30 euro charge

The location is just amazing. Only 1 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast o the terrace also. It was also a great advantage to have a big part of the terrace as a non smoking zone.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Lovely breakfast. As central as can possibly be but surprisingly quiet.

Price for beach spots is outrageous .. but typical for Italy.
