We spent at Hotel Eliani only 2 nights but we liked the location in a quiet area. The room was a bit small but clean. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The main public beach was a bit further than we expected, about 15 min walk. However, overall we had a positive experience and would be happy to come back for a longer stay.

Very good location, walking distance from the center, we were with bicycles so even better. Nice micro location on the small island. Room was normal size as expected, staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Room would need some renovation, there was a smell in the bathroom. Wifi worked most of the time, but was slow and had some interruptions.

Located in the quiet residential area. Clean room with a big balcony. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended for families.

Parking with charge (quite cheap). Because the cars are parked in a line, need to give the staff the car keys so that they can move the car if people are checking out. No fridge in the room.

Nice little hotel near a bridge of Grado wich connects the two part of Grado. 5-10 minutes walk you can get the center from the hotel. We spent 3 perfect days here. I am really glad because the staff provide special breakfast options for me (gluten and milk free). It was very tasty! For parking you shoud book in advance, in other case you will find free parking (with white line) close to the hotel. We really like staying here, thank you for your service! :)

The walls, doors are not soundproof enough, you can hear when other guests come or leave their room, even if they chat in their room.

Nice boutique hotel in Grado. Comfortable and very clean rooms. Good breakfast.

The hotel has limited parking space. The cars can only be parked in a row. This means, you will HAVE TO LEAVE the car keys at reception. And the receptionist WILL MOVE your car if necessary to get to the cars parked behind yours. So be prepared to this..

The hotel was in a great location, very clean and a wonderful bright room. It even had a little safe and a bottle of drinking water that both came in so handy.

I’ve only not given it 10/10 due to the pillows,as I would have like them a little harder.

Excellent location within five minutes of the bus station in a quiet part of Grado. Helpful and courteous staff, excellent breakfast included. Very good value for this resort location…especially in the off season.

The wall between rooms seemed a bit thin, so we were aware of conversation and movements next door…so earplugs might be a good idea, especially if your room is between two other rooms.

We loved staying here, it was a good choice and met all our needs well. The rooms were clean and tidy, the beds comfortable and the location excellent. Quiet, as located in a good residential area, easy to find and able to park the car on site, a bonus. Our daughter was given a single room next door to ours as requested and we spent two lovely nights here. A good breakfast with lots of choice. Tea was lovely and hot.

Breakfast was very nice, a good choice of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. Airconditioning, hairdryer and kettle in room was perfect.

If there also were coffee sachets available in the room, it would have been perfect.
