Wonderful highly recommended place. I stayed in this hotel during a week, the rooms are beautifully decorated and very conscientiously cleaned to the perfection on a daily basis by Rosi whom will always welcome you in the morning for a delicious breakfast (served in a cozy dining room or the lovely patio) with a sweet smile and kind words going out of her way to satisfy your breakfast preferences or comply with any particular allergies. The owners are two very sweet person. They will all of them go out of their way to help you in any situation or touristic requests. A truly amazing little three star hotel nested in the historical center near very good restaurants and museums. I will definitely return, thank you again for making me feel at home it was very thoughtful of you.

The 10 stairs might seem a problem if someone carries big luggages but they will help you either way by carrying your luggages or using their elevator.

Incredibly friendly and helpful owners, nice French bulldog completing the team! Roof terrace great to relax, rooms and public areas absolutely clean and nicely furnitured and decorated. Comfy beds, spacious rooms. Safe place to store bicycle inside. Good breakfast with sweet and salty options, eggs as you like. I’d call it a perfect stay!

Lovely hotel close to the centre of town. Very clean and comfortable. People were very nice and helpful. Would recommend and would go back if visiting Gualdo Tadino again.

No tea making facilities in your room , no English speaking TV channels and the shower head had a mind of its own

The room was very quiet being away from the main central street, no issues sleeping well. A nice en-suite bathroom as well.

Missing air conditioning in my room, anyway due to Elevation of Guardo Tadino this wasn't a problem at all in the hottest June we ever had in Italy, it was enough to keep windows open

Great place in Gualdo Tadino, which is in turn a very pleasant town located a bit off the beaten track. Which means it is an excellent point of departure to discover North-Eastern Umbria and its beautiful landscapes & arts. Make sure you walk up to the Eremo di Serrasanta to enjoy some of the best views in Central Italy. The hosts are very kind and you get really really good quality for the price you pay. Good breakfast and attention to detail; spotlessly clean; the building has just been renovated. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very silent. Good position in the historical centre of the town with plenty of restaurants & bars to choose from. I'd recommend it to anyone, nothing to complain about!
