The location is awesome! It is an old farming estate remodeled and converted to hotel. The building is very charming and the landscaping is wonderful. Plenty of parking. There is an elevator to reach the upper floor. A special mention deserves the on-site restaurant which was simply superb: service and food were off the charts and absolutely unexpected in this location. A maitre d' took care of us from beginning to end over four courses plus cordials and we were blown away by the quality of the food.

The beds were not quite as comfortable as we like, but the rooms was very charming and clean.

The hotel offers classical charme with contemporary comfort. The staff is very kind. The renewed old Villa is immersed in an outstanding landscape. The stones of the house and the nature around are very relaxing, an hideaway out of time. Ideal to visit the beautiful Camerino area. The restaurant is very good with a wide selection of local food and wines in a pleasant ambience. I enjoyed very much my stay.

I last stayed here on the night of the 2016 earthquake, so was pleased to return for a quieter time. The staff were exceptionslly helpful as we addressed a problem issue we had encountered with our travel, and our junior suite was spacious, comfortabel and a delight, with a glorious view up to Camerino (sadly still mostly closed due to the earthquake). This is a real find, situated beautifully amonythe rolling hills, and with a very decent restaurant. Highy recommended.

The restaurant is exceptional, the rooms are comfortable and fresh. The breakfast very nice and the location superb. Villa Fornari is a very relaxing place where you can appreciate the silence of the area and enjoy the bury of the landscapes. I highly recommend the place for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Nothing, everything was more than i expected close to Camerino

Excellent restaurant. Quiet environment, in countryside, near to Camerino. Hotel doesn't offer swimming pool, but public swimming pool (open air) is available at 1 km only.

Since 2016 earthquake, historic city centre of Camerino is no longer open for tourists (nor inhabitants).

Beautiful location. Breakfast very sugary but nice enough (typically Italian!) and plenty of it. Very clean room. Helpful and friendly staff.

I was pretty depressed at the seemingly absolute lack of eco-awareness. All shampoos, soaps etc came in individual single-use packets and there were individually wrapped plastic beakers provided for drinking or tooth mugs. Towels were replaced every day until I asked them not to be. I would expect nowadays for there to be at the very least a minimum of attention paid to sustainability, I know this is not high on the agenda in Italy but that's no excuse. I hope comments such as this one will encourage the owners to consider the environment a bit more. Customers do notice and care.

It is really pleasant place out of Camerino. The fresh air. The room facilities make the stay comfortable. The breakfast is testy. The WiFi is very good.

The place is out of the town. The shuttle bus is coming 4 times per day. I have stayed 2 nights, one of the night there was no dinner (the restaurant did not work) and it is no other supply of food at this place.
