The room was perfect. Equipped with a minibar and TV including free Pay-TV-Channels (Sky). Comfortable bed. Breakfast as well equipped with ham, cheese, sausage and sweets, and an espresso machine. The Hotel is located in the centre of the village Gualtieri, close to Guastalla.

The only thing to mention is that there was no warm breakfast (eggs, bacon etc.), but I didn't expect this at all for that rate!

Beautiful location, very clean and modern rooms. Breakfast was excellent & I awoke each morning to the smell of the delicious fresh croissants being prepared. The team couldn't be more helpful! Parking is also free, with plenty of available spaces.

Only a couple of niggles: the shower head (in my room) didn't stay in position & the room's door was noisy when other guests opened and closed their doors. The Wi-Fi was strong in my room, but it kept loosing connection when using FaceTime.

Location is easy accessible by car, around 30 mins drive from Parma. The hotel has big free parking and is in the center of the town (big square just around the corner). The accommodation is a standard small hotel room with double bed, TV, table, small wardrobe and bathroom with shower. Everything as in pictures. Toiletries and towels provided but no bathrobes. Good value for money but not sure if we could rate it as a 4-star hotel, rather very good 3-star one.

The property said that the breakfast was from 6:30 to 10:30 but we came around 9:00 and there was nothing left except for sweet cakes and croissants. The shower in a room was a bit small. The soundproof is poor, you could hear everything.

The room was very clean , bed was comfortable and there was a small refrigerator, the hotel was quiet and staff were nice. We had very nice experience staying there.

Our room’s lock was not working, nothing happened since the door was closing well but we felt a little unsafe.

The room was amazing, and the bed very comfortable. The room is a perfect size with everything we needed. Staff were helpful and friendly. The place was spotlessly clean. A perfect place to stay. The location is amazing, near the old piazza which is part of what used to be a palace. Full of history and lovely to walk around.

Our only very minor disappointment was the lack of (promised) vegan brioche at breakfast, and the staff member at breakfast was not sure whether the bread rolls were vegan. They did, however, have soya milk, so we were fine eating cereal and had enough for breakfast.

It’s an Amazing stay in a very comfortable hotel, friendly helpful, polite staff. The location is very rural and secluded, so the feeling is very private. Enjoyed every moment.

Friendly staff and clean room. We had a problem in our room whith some water leaking from the air-conditioning and they offered to change the room without discussions.

Near the hotel, there are some recycling bins for glass and someone used them around 23.00. But then again that was not our host fault.

Hotel is clean and staff is very very kind. Location is perfect. Only negative aspect was too hot during the night ... may be heating is centralised...
