A very cozy, calm and peaceful place. You feel thrown back in time around 100 years, but with all the comforts of today like fast internet, air conditioning or a super fancy shower. The breakfast selection was not huge, but of outstanding quality. Every day there was a different delicious homemade cake, different egg variations, homemade jam and fruits ripen on the tree. The warmhearted owners have put a lot of love into the details of this renovated farmhouse and take care of the place and their guests. If I ever write a book, it will be here. I liked this place so much that I changed my travel plans to stay an extra week. Just because of this place.

Nothing to complain. A perfect experience.

It was lovely, unique without being kitschy, set in the quiet countryside with nothing but the sound of nature (and yes occasionally some dogs barking but that’s life). The room was large, the bathroom modern, I especially appreciated that the windows had screens in them and shutters that blocked out the sun so I could sleep in. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again. The breakfast was lovely and so much more than you’d expect for the price I paid. Such a good deal all around.

Everything! I changed my travel plans and made a second booking at this hotel just because of the hotel and its owners. Simply wonderful. Extremely clean. Very quiet and peaceful. Extremely comfortable. Felt comfortable and welcome at all times. And that's exactly how I imagine Italy to be. And the breakfast was almost all homemade. Very tasty!

Nothing. Perfect experience. Today I imagine what it would be like if the owners also offered dinner or lunch... I think then I wouldn't want to leave at all.

Lovely home, adored everything and slept like a baby. I don’t give it a ten because of the breakfast. From the 4 stays we had, this one had the least attractive breakfast. The presentation and the choices could be improved. The house is lovely, so well furnished and the room so clean and comfortable. It’s just a matter of improving the breakfast to be a marvellous experience

Everything. It was very clean and quiet. Well located between Parma, Modena and Reggio Emilia. The staff was friendly. Typical Italian breakfast with homemade pies and cakes.

If I have to look for something a little negative, would be the bed: for my taste a little too hard. But that's personal preference.

Great as always! Quiet, comfortable, clean. Charming setting with the old house, fully modernised. It’s a bit off the highway but well worth the trip.

Super clean and comfortable b&b, very friendly and helpfull hosts, space to park the car. The breakfast was amazing! Plenty of choice and good quality food. Overall very very pleasant experience!

Nothing. The property itself is great, it is located in a small village though where not much is going on. But 5 min drive from Guastalla, a small, cute city with some shops and places to eat/drink. Definetly not the best of what Italy has to offer but not bad either.

Unbelievable, unfortunately the system doesn’t allow to give more the 10…but it set a new reference for me!

a beautiful old Italian house renovated with modern technology… comfortable with an atmosphere like to be at home and with family … very nice and helpful owners .., fantastic home made breakfast ☺️
