This small accomodation thrives in being a friendly place to stay. Clean and with good beds and pleasant, fresh design. Breakfest is something different; you can basically use the kitchen to your liking, from squeezing oranges, baking an egg to just sitting and enjoying coffee with a fresh cruchy croissant. We truly enjoyed the relaxed vibe. On top of this: the Osteria Bortolino, 50 m further is simply great. Great food, great atmosphere, friendly and professional staff… we really had a great dinner and stay. Also the surrounding area is nice if you fancy walking or have children to go to the big playground, 500m away.

Room was very clean, the bed was big and comfortable and the TV was well positioned to watch from bed. Good shower, despite the shower area (box) being a bit small. Good quality soap/shampoo. I liked very much the possibility of using the kitchen to prepare small meals. Breakfast was very good! I LOVED the possibility of preparing the eggs scrambled or fried, by myself, the way I like! 💛 Also, the eggs… mamma mia! Wonderful quality! 🍳 Also you can prepare the orange juice fresh, they leave the oranges and guests can use the juicer/squeezer machine! The almost neighbor restaurant Osteria da Bortolino (same owner of the B&B), is wonderful! We had dinner there and all the dishes were amazing! It is better to book a table.. it was full the night we went! Staff super friendly!

I missed two things: 1. more power outlets to charge mobile phone and other electronic devices. 2. A small lamp on the nightstand next to the bed But this didn’t affect our stay, they are just suggestions for an even better experience!

I liked the room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great. We felt like in a hotel with towels and all the toiletress. Bed was made very nice... we were in room 4, We were very surprised how the kitchen was! I loved every detail in there! It was very beautiful, everything was clean, we could put some things in to the fridge. There were crossinants and pie waithing there. The whole hostel was beautiful. I liked the art on the walls and a reading nook in the first floor. We were really happy with this stay. We had peace on the backyard. The restaurant near hostel is very lovely. Everything has a soul and a story. :) Loooveed the food there!

The smell when we arrived. It stank like dead fishes were all around. It was allright later, but now and then it came a wiff of that stink... But what can u do. Italia stinks, literally.

I have to say that this is one of the best places that I have stayed in despite having stayed various accommodations and locations. Although its location is quite isolated , there was something about the comfort, ambiance and peace this place and area gave us. It’s definitely a home away from home. The rooms and facilities are very clean and the lady that maintains the B&B is super lovely, despite me not being able to speak Italian. The host Roberto and all the staff in the osteria were wonderful and took hospitality to another level, they definitely took the extra mile in the service they provided. The authenticity of the food served in the osteria was simply amazing and delicious. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return. This place will definitely recharge you especially after a busy working week. I highly recommend booking this place and dining in the osteria too.

There was nothing not to like about this property, but a car is definitely a necessity for its location.

I felt free to move about, come and go.

At first I couldn't get hold of the B&B by phone, so there was a slight panic. But this was solved the minute I walked next door !

The staff are so kind the room is very comfortable and clean, breakfast is so good as well, they have restaurant nearby about i minute walk from BnB, the owner roberto is so nice, i would definitely come back here, this place is highly recommended

We loved the location: you are in the middle of the nature, we could see deers a few meters from the accomodation. The room was big and clean. The food at the nearby restaurand was very good.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The quiet location was perfect for our trip. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

There wasn’t anything we did not like.

The B&B is located in a park like setting with very authentic local feel. Host Roberto is very cool. He also runs the tavern 30 meters from the B&B, which serves super good food. The included breakfast has a lot of options - freshly baked croissant, tart, eggs, yogurt, cheese, fruits. Our group really enjoyed our stay!
