Great location, super close to the old town (actual it's within the old town but still reachable by car). There is free parking close by if you're lucky and if you aren't then it's a 5-8 min walk. Not far. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was not bad at all, not rich but good enough (sweets, cereal, fruits, bread and boiled eggs, cheese and salami).

Our window was facing a main street so opening it meant noise... Also the corridor was quite noisy so I advise to bring earplugs. The hotel in general and the room in particular seem a bit old so the design wasn't really it's strong side. The TV was super tiny and was put high on the wall. We stayed during Christmas (winter) and there was no option to turn off the heating despite the room being already quite warm. There's free coffee and tea in the room (with a kettle) and also an empty mini-fridge if you need.

Great location for a bus traveller yet within walking distance of all the sites. A very clean, comfortable room with hot drink making facilities and very welcoming staff. Good range of breakfast choices in a bright cheery room. The Information centre is close by and extremely helpful.

The hotel is situated a short walk to sights, restaurants and shops. Free parking nearby. Able to drive to entrance to drop luggage. Clean. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed.

5 mins walking from city center no private parking, but free parking is not problem nearby good breakfast (at least is better than the standard italian breakfast), with ham, cheese, coffee, some sweets very nice staff fridge in the room

no lift (I was actually on ground floor, but it can be uncomfortable on higher floors)

Location was v good. Staff were great. Breakfast was pleasant too.

Would have preferred to at least being told told that our room was designed for less abled people despite commending this approach. There was no remote control for air conditioner.

Good location just 2 minutes from the bus station and in the center of beautif hill town. Very friendly lady at the reception, easy check in and check out. Good size room and great value for money

Excellent location. Great value for the price. Excellent breakfast. This was our second visit to this hotel, and will book here for any future visits. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Nice parking area very close by. So easy to access restaurants and shops from this location.

Wonderful boutique hotel right on the main market square at the bottom of the medieval town of Gubbio. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was delicious and free parking right outside the hotel was a bonus. Good sized room, all you can ask for at this price.

The marble floors echo the sound around the hotel a bit!

Beautiful furnishings. Walnut furniture glazed terracotta floor and wrought iron bed heads. Warm reception. Pretty breakfast room delicious breakfast with lots of variety.

The location was perfect. You have plenty of options for parking nearby and it’s only 10 min on foot to the main and most popular square.

Our room was a bit dark, the window was very narrow. But it wasn’t a big problem at the end since we arrived in the evening and left the day after.
