The host was friendly, spoke good English, and extremely helpful. The apartment had aircon which was refreshing in the Italian summer heat. The host laid on a comprehensive Italian breakfast, with great service. He was also helpful in directions around Gubbio to places we wanted to visit, and a good restaurant to eat.

Nothing, really. A cold bottle of water in the fridge on arrival might have been nice.

A nice clean and peacefull place with a friendly host not far away from the historic center. My room was big and cool and a supermarket is also not far away. Grazie!

Luca was so friendly and respectful, and the room was large! The location was excellent, very close to the city walls. There was even some space for parking. Overall a great stay.

I was upgraded to a room with a toilet, shower and terrazzo! Breakfast catered for me not liking eggs...second morning I was offered cheese instead. Rocky (my dog) was made to feel just at home as I was! I would recommend this B and B to all travellers to Gubbio... close to the town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet in the neighbourhood...Loved the amphitheatre close by. Get the owner to show you the book he wrote!

Host was very good at communicating with me about arrival, location and so on. Friendly attitude, and helpful. Location of home was good, a short walk from some Roman era ruins, a small amphitheater, and into town. Breakfast was generous in quantity, and good selection of foods. Room was good size!

Lucca was very helpful and dedicated to provide a welcoming experience. The room was tidy and warm (ideal for the cold weather), and the house was well equipped with anything one might need! Parking space is plentiful and the city center is just a few steps away! The breakfast was massive, and Lucca kept restocking me with fresh pastries as well :D

Nothing to report, all was pretty pleasant.

We had an entire apartment in 5 with a twin bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. The apartment was clean and quiet and the host was very kind, telling us where to go for dinner and what to do.

Se sofa bed was not very comfortable but it was a minor problem.

My compliments, a beautiful place to stay, great accommodation, secure parking, great breakfast over the road, bear in mind it is 15 minutes walk on the level to the centre. Cannot recommend this place more highly, buona fortuna Fede!

Breakfast could have been better, with more choices of fresh products (fruits, differents kind of pastries). I didn’t ask but l would have appreciate an hairdryer In the bedroom or in the facility
