Amazing location, beautiful scenery, generous and varied breakfast and 3 lovely & attentive ladies serving us. The suite was generously proportioned, beds were comfy and housekeeping did a great job keeping it clean and comfortable for us. Wi-fi was spot on. There were lots of other facilities we didn't have access to as we were there mid December-but during the warmer seasons I think it would likely provide everything necessary for a perfect holiday.

The drive up to the property which was long, undulating & a bit scary in the dark-definitely need a 4-wheel drive. A couple of things in the room that didn't work properly and not many plugs.

The location is magnificent, high above with spectacular views of the wineyards & valley. The owner and his staff is so hospitable & friendly. We had breakfast included which was both hot & cold options. Dinner is not to be missed. Truly a gastronomical experience. The choices & flavors for the vegetarian options were one of the best I’ve had in Italy. Room and bathroom were large and very clean. Two queen beds, which we only used one & it was very comfortable.

Room was really clean, but wished the decor could have been a bit more upscale, but that should not deter you from selecting this hotel.

The dining room was lovely and the service impeccable. Breakfast was varied and substantial. We ate dinner 3 out of 4 evenings. Each dish we were presented with was an artistic creation. The 4th night we drove down the long narrow winding road to the main road and found a more casual less expensive restaurant at the Country Hotel Poggiomanente. We probably should have done that another night as well. Nikis is the perfect place to get away from it all or have a romantic weekend. We were probably not their targeted clientele.

The weather!

Everything. The place, the view, the nature, the food, the staff. They were all amazing. This place is a true gem. The restaurant offers the best food experience. The staff was the best - friendly, smart, available to help. The nature around is exuberant. The location is on the top of a hill, easily to get there with car, not too far from the main road. The room and bathroom were clean, big and beautiful.

The only thing I can think of is the shower that has a glass without a door so the water splashes outside os the shower and since the bathroom is kind of a good size, it would be nicer to have glass door to keep the warmth of the shower.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Nikis Resort. The location is absolutely stunning – peaceful, scenic, and perfect for relaxation. The rooms were cozy, beautifully designed, and very clean. What really stood out to us was the incredibly kind and attentive staff – everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of. Breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the resort is warm and charming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene getaway in Italy. We would love to come back again!

We can only answer the question "What did you like" with everything. The room, the view, the peace and quiet and the people who looked after us were great. If you are looking for a place where you can really relax, then this is 100% the right place for you.

There's nothing we didn't like. One note, the road to the resort is a little more difficult and not of the best quality. This should only be taken as a hint.

The location was fantastic, so picturesque, the apartment had heated floors which was fantastic as it was so cold outside, and I ordered food from the room service which also came on time and presented very nice. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable.

The only difference could have been if the property had a bath, as it would have been nice to soak. Also due to the cold weather alot of the facilities was closed so I did not get to used the pool or spa, however they did offer to open the Spa up if I did want to use it - this would be an extra cost and I think it should be included in the stay.

It was a beautiful place, with its flaws, which in the end could not prevent a great time and enjoying the magnificent nature. The location and the views from the windows and terraces are just great. The staff also deserves special praise as everyone was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Every question we had did not go unanswered. The check in process was extremely easy and quick. The room is beautifully furnished and very authentic. The surrounding area is more than conducive to leisurely strolls as well as some activities that are at your disposal right on the hotel grounds. Definitely a place to stay for at least three nights. The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant menu is well worth a look. Although the service in the restaurant is a bit complicated in my opinion, that does not change the fact that everything is done to a high standard. Definitely I would recommend this hotel!

I would point out the fact that the navigator is not able to locate the object the first time and would recommend owners to pay attention to this and try to correct it. Also the parking lot, although located in the immediate vicinity, is still on an elevation from which it is necessary to overcome some distance to the room on a dirt path. The presence of an option allowing to use a golf cart is certainly able to facilitate the task of unloading luggage, but nevertheless it is a bit inconvenient. The main disadvantage is the terrible quality of the wifi, with great difficulty and not from the first time I managed to book the next hotel using this wifi that we had. We were in a suite which is in the tower. Otherwise everything is great

We really liked how personal the whole experience was. Special thanks to Francesca and the entire team who took care of us during the St. Valentine's dinner. The food, the atmosphere and design of this place is just on another level. However, the most amazing were the views this place offers. My son 8 years old said he enjoyed the ride on the golf cart - they use those to get visitiors from reception to their apartments. Me and my wife enjoyed breakfasts, sunsets and the views. Next time we are going to order Half-Board because the food is just terrific.

we stayed at room #5 and I think the door isolation can be improved - at night you can hear how A/C works from the outside, but other than there is really nothing to complain about.

This is a resort! The location is off-the-beaten path so if you want peace and quiet, yet easy access to local towns and villages, this is for you. Our room the large, immaculate, and the view was fantastic. We had dinner there 3 out of 4 nights and the food was creative Italian, a real taste treat, while breakfast was so great, we often skipped lunch. The entire staff was VERY helpful, and accommodating. The vision of the owner is spot-on for a relaxing stay. Nikis Resort is the perfect place to stay in Umbria.
