Great view, though spoiled by the highway and it's intensive traffic that is constantly producing noise. Maybe good for a person from the big city, but for us who are used to the peace and quiet of the Italian hills it was a considerable drawback. However, if you stay for a night to continue the trip on the highway, it is a great place with nice heated pools, beautiful garden furniture, a football ground, a pleasant restaurant, and many more options for hiking, cycling, etc. The kitchen is very well equipped, with the dishwasher l, kettle, induction stove, and a coffee machine. You have an obligatory parking fee 18 EUR/day, and a safety deposit of 150 EUR.

No mosquito nets on the windows, when we arrived it was the evening and we wanted to aerate the apartment as there was an unpleasant humidity odour despite the air conditioning. However, when you open the window, you get the mosquitoes coming inside.... Would be great to have at least some windows covered. There are no keys in the rooms or in the bathroom, which was highly uncomfortable, as there were five of us. The last thing, the window in the bathroom does not open, which is not comfortable, taking into account that the hood there is not working.

Villa Giada is such a gem in Imperia. Its landscape is beautiful, the pool for the kids is good and also for adults... We enjoyed the covered pool with hot water especially because it rained during our stay. We loved the dinner à la carte. We tried tagliolini all scoglio, tagliata di manzo and a selection of grilled seafood everything was amazing also the woman who served us was very welcoming. I think they should improve the selection of desserts though. We also loved the BBQ facility! The kids enjoyed playing there. They offer plenty of activities for them even adults can join, like the minigolf, the basketball/tennis/football court, play castle, slides, ping pong and so on. The apartment we were in was cute and we also used the kitchen to cook our meals with a charge. I didn't like the hum of electric motors I don't know if it was the AC or the toilet fan... But still we were all tired at the end of the day so we all could sleep anyway. The reception is available only until 9pm since it's not a hotel...but that would be a problem if you encounter some issues in the apartment when it's over reception opening schedule. Over all our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The kids had fun that's what's important.

The house is very nice for a family, comfortable and fresh. Outdoor furniture is great to dine out and to enjoy the sun in our "personal" terrace. Pools are great with plenty sunbeds to enjoy the Villa. Available and guarded parking is great option. The Resort is in a very quiet and really calm surrounding. The beaches in Imperia are WONDERFUL. Great value for money.

The house has a kitchen, as described in Booking, but the stove and cutlery are locked with key. Indeed in a separate part of Booking it says that extra cost applies, but it would be more explicit to have this info of the extra cost in the lodging features list. This is just a suggestion. Other than this, all amazing.

I wasn’t expecting this kind of “resort” like accommodation. Very nice and hospitable workers, lovely outdoor restaurant (they had a la carte menu for dinner, with reasonable prices) since you wouldn’t normally go to the town to get dinner. It is located in the hills, but it’s quiet and that we needed. Very very clean. The breakfast was really fresh and with reasonable variety. They even have a robot server ;)

Being located on a hill, we covered way too much stairs form the entrance to our apartment and vice versa. But that is just us, maybe we are spoiled :)

The location was wonderful! A little difficult to find but a real adventure to discover and the staff are super helpful with directions. The view is stunning and to be surrounded by olive trees and beautiful plants was a real treat. The room was very spacious with the option to request twin beds (split the double beds) so this was a bonus to discover as my son still likes to sleep in my room. Beds were super comfy and extra pillows were not a problem. The sofa bed was also comfortable. The balcony was so lovely to relax on and the activities such as mini golf / tennis was such fun and you can grab the equipment any time you like from the reception. It was quiet and relaxing but no problem with kids having fun around the site. The terrace for breakfast was stunning. Dinner was delicious and the service excellent! The inside pool is warm and welcoming. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. 6 minutes drive to the supermarket and city (you need a car) 40 minutes to San Remo. I recommend this wonderful place so much ! We loved it !

Outdoor pool was cold but it was end of September and the indoor pool was ideal !

Small thing but to me important Once you booked B&B through booking .com you don’t have cooking facilities open for you to use it . Villa Giada charge you €15 per day extra if you want to cook in the apartment for your family. That was not clear to me from the moment I mage my reservation there

The appartement is confortable with a nice bed. The tolet in big with a big sink. Has a lot of things for who want to do mountain bike. The balcony is a nice space. The employees were nice. You can buy some olive oil on site. You can use the sport facility without extra charge.

The location is in the middle of nowhere, everything needs a car to reach. The shower is not the best. The prices of things like sauna are unreasonable. The 150 deposit is a drawback. My AC was turning every night automatically and I had to wake up and turn off. Toys in the playground are broken.

You have great people at your resort. The food was good and we felt really welcome. The pool downstairs is nice but a little bit cold. And the water upstairs in the other swimmingpool was perfect. Also the welness with sauna and jacuzzi was really nice.

The cleaning of the toilets inside the restaurant could be better.

Comfortable apartment, clean and well stuffed. Great facilities: pools, mini golf, tennis court. Great views!!! 😻 We had half board, the choice in the buffet is not abundant, but okay.

Expensive parking!!! The beach is quite distant and the path to the beach is via residential streets, where every household has a barking dog 😬. It was helpful that there were few Bolt scooters, which made the journey quicker and more pleasant. As for meals It would be nice if there were vegetables

I only found this place because I was searching for a hotel with a charging station for our electric Kia Niro. It does have one and another one for a Tesla. It’s an Aparthotel very close to the ‘autostrada’ up the hill a bit with breathtaking views. We booked a studio, which, to our surprise, also had a bedroom. It wasn’t just one room. Spacious enough for 2 people; mini kitchen we didn’t use, but everything was there. Nice little balcony to enjoy the view. Breakfast was awesome and so was dinner at their restaurant. My personal favorite was the heated, covered pool. I can absolutely recommend this place!!

I would have liked a shower in the pool area. More hygienic!
