The reception and check - in was very easy and the staff was polite, and they explained everything about the room. Overall, the room was what you would expect. The part of Imperia it is in is extremely nice (much better than the centre in my opinion).

It was a bit hard to find due to the poor maps directions. I wish they told us what time breakfast closed cause we missed it. The neighborhood we were in is not connected amazingly - 40 min walk from the station, but easily reacheable if you have bikes (bolt scooters are also quite common in the area - it was very fun to ride!)

Fantastic location, a step away from a lift to the old town// bus stop to Sanremo / Andora, very close to the beaches - both sandy and pebble. Breakfast is basic but satisfactory. The room is quite spacious and well cared for. The hosts are gracious, helpful and attentive.

On some days, there was an unpleasant smell of canalisation in the common stairway. But you could also take the elevator to minimise exposure to that.

Very good location, close to the beach and the city center. Good breakfasts, juice, and coffee. Parking available.

Everything was perfect 😁no complains .. The 90 year old owner has welcomed us very friendly and gave us a parking right behind the hotel .. Just perfect ..
