The property is beautiful, clean and a wonderful view. Communication with staff was also good. We enjoyed the quietness of this place. The drive up there was OK - yes it's a narrow road, but after driving this road a couple of times I felt very confident. Lots of dinner options in Gaeta and Sperlonga too.

We were travelling in May and it was colder than expected for me in the room. Next time I would bring some slippers and a hoodie. Nothing that the property could have done, just a tip for fellow traveller's. Don't miss out on this gem. Especially if you seek some peace and quite :)

Almost everything, the view was a 10/10 plus the staff are all very welcoming specially Giuseppe :) we book a family room and it was perfect for us. The place was very peaceful you can only hear the birds and trees , I just gave birth and my mental health is messing me around lately and this place helps me a lot in a short period of time staying here. Plus the italian breakfast is 👌🏼

The breakfast was really delicious but unfortunately a little too little for us😅 But of course we know that it is not common to have an extensive breakfast in Italy. I think you should know that as a tourist before you go there😊 But we really liked the view and also the peace and quiet there. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and well maintained. We also used the pool. From there you have a very nice view of the sea and the mountains around. All in all we really enjoyed pur stay there. Maybe we will come back.😉

A negative thing is that the way to the B&B can be a bit arduous, because they are narrow streets and these are sometimes also steep, but you get used to it and the B&B then also rewards you with its comfort👍🏽

The pool was great and the place itself was very beautiful and aestethic. Giuseppe was very friendly and helpful and made the guest feel her/himself welcomed. The place was really clean.

The breakfast could have been a little bit big bigger, especially because there is no possibility to buy any food in B&B and driving to Itri centre takes some time.

View is perfect, Pool is also great. Breakfast is very basic and the same each day, although it is a typical Italian breakfast.

The drive to the location is a little difficult, but not too much of a problem, don't let it put you off. You need to drive everywhere, but that is the price you pay if you want the isolation.

The location as magnificent as it is high up on a meaningful mountain is serviced by a single lane road that is lightly travelled and take some getting used to. Once mastered it does get easier.

Such a fantastic place in a secluded area with breathtaking view! The room was very comfortable and clean, with plenty of storage space. Comfortable beds and very good light blocking from windows which is great for good sleep :)

The only thing I can think of is that you should not be scared of heights if you go here, because the roads are very narrow and curvy ;)

An exceptionally beautiful place, perfect for families, and one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in! The view is breathtaking and the owner Giuseppe is so nice as well as his co-worker Elisabetta!

Amazing location, great views. Very clean, very friendly hosts. Italian Breakfast was very nice. Perfect if you want to have relaxed vacation and explore the nearby towns by car.
