Absolutely stunning hotel, we got upgraded to a bigger suite with a balcony, and we both cried when we saw the view. Incredible location on a cliff overlooking the mediterranean, it was too cold unfortunately to go swim in but the pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The food was incredible, and a huuuuuge breakfast buffet that was unexpected but very necessary considering how isolated you are from everything else outside the resort.

Far from the town which is our fault for not looking into a bit more beforehand - highly recommend to just take a taxi here as the local bus is unreliable and hard to find places that sell tickets.

Absolutely beautiful property!!! Stunning views and a private beach. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s perfect for a couple to come and relax.

200 steps back up from the beach, but that’s to be expected on much of the Amalfi coast. Also we had 2 sons that are 20-21 with us and there wasn’t much for them to do there. Gaeta is a quiet town with not much activity for young guys but my husband and I loved it so we will be back.

This property is such a gem outside of town which was a welcome change from the touristy spots. The views are incredible and the hotel is stunning. We almost didn’t eat at the restaurant for dinner and that would have been a HUGE mistake. We went out first night and immediately booked our second night there. The staff is lovely and remembered everything about us (wine choices, etc). The caprese sandwich is NOT to be missed at the pool! We were traveling with our four year old and they were so accommodating. The beach is small but a perfect nook. The water is shallow pretty far out which was fun for us and our child. I can’t wait to go back.

The other reviews are true - there are a lot of stairs. You could definitely go and enjoy the views, restaurant and pool without too many stairs but if you want to go down to the beach (highly recommend), there are many stairs. They do a nice job of grassy landing areas if you need to rest on the way up.

You won't have to visit any botanical gardens because Le Rocce is manicured like the Butchart gardens of Canada. You'll also be spoiled on restaurants, as La Terraza is the epitome of fine dining and extremely romantic. As for the beach, this particular private beach should be designated a marine reserve. I'm not kidding. Pristine. Room, staff, amenities - all amazing.

Really lovely and beautiful hotel and gardens with a warm welcome from the start. All staff were great and gave service with a smile and the facilities are great. Dined at the restaurant twice and food and service was wonderful. Pool, jacuzzi and beach perfect! Didn’t want to leave (and wouldn’t have if we could have cancelled our follow on accommodation!) You’ll love it 😊

Beautiful location on the cliffs, the restaurant was located with a great view & the food was very good. We enjoyed the private beach with a bar & towel service. Clean rooms with a balcony and lovely view here too. Overall great hotel for a few nights in Gaeta.

Breakfast was ok, was hoping for more. And there was no elevator, which was fine for us, but for others that might be a problem. Wish it was closer to Gaeta town which was ok - was hoping for more “cozy and Italian” feel

This is an amazing property! The reception staff was the best. This property would go for 6 times the amount I paid in Amalfi or Venice. it is five stars all the way. we stayed in Venice, Florence, Rome, Amalfi and Lake Como and this was my family’s favorite place and hotel. it is absolutely beautiful. it is set on top of the mountain overlooking the Med. The water is amazing and the beach was so nice. Breakfast was very nice and eating overlooking the water and scenery was just picture perfect. I plan to come back many more times.

Nothing at all really. It would have been my best stay ever at a property except for one of the workers (by the pool) questioned me and my daughter if we stayed at the hotel (because we went in the wrong pool entrance). Otherwise it was a magical stay.

The views from our building 4 balcony were incredible. The views from the water looking at the facility were great. The water and sand were perfect. Breakfast was good but an omelet station would have been nice. Bar/restaurant/registration/cleaning staff were all very friendly. Drinks and salads were excellent. We both got a massage and that was a real highlight. The woman (sorry, I can't remember her name) was very sweet, professional and skilled.

staff was super nice and very nice really enjoyed the service we got, starting from the reception and ending with room service, quite pleased. view was amazing, people so available to accommodate your needs. super fresh seafood at the restaurant, enjoyed it. best part was breakfast in room! comfortable bed and pillows as well. it was my husbands birthday so I managed to order cake with them which was beautiful and delicious. My husband also enjoyed massage in room. and they were so very kind to leave us little treats as welcome!! 🤍

very minor thing is that there were few hairs on the bed that did not belong to us

There was a lot to appreciate with this hotel...integral car park, seamless check-in, well-designed and spacious room, medium sized swimming pool, friendly and courteous staff, delicious and plentiful breakfast, lovely panorama.

There is no beach but plenty of terraces with sunbeds etc - the water is shallow and calm around the entry, there is safe swimming for young teens and adults. Plenty of stairs to negotiate and build up an appetite. Take a taxi to visit Gaeta - parking spaces are very difficult to find...
