We loved how quiet it was. We could literally open the windows in the middle of the day and we wouldn't even hear the wind. Excellent! The food was great, breakfast was yummy, the pool was nice and the room was clean and cozy.

The SPA services are to be paid even if you stay at the property for longer. We stayed for 8 nights. I understand paying for extra services like massages or treatments, but just the access to an interior pool should be free for those who stay there. It was 25€ an hour per person in week days and 40€ an hour per person for weekend days.

Front Desk Staff where exemplary. Breakfast lady a great hostess. Hotel itself in a very natural setting. Well kept with really clean and nicely laid spaces. Spa was nice but the masseuse was at a difficult point to cover for someone sick. Mountain walk, Cave & the nearby places are very nice

The restaurant manager lady. There was a nice gentleman that was very attentive and relaxed. However the manager lady was intense and not aware of her awkward mannerisms that made things uncomfortable. We dine there 3 times and it was evident she couldn't bring herself to realise that with 3 - 4 table covers customers will notice such behaviour.

I am frequent and happy returning guest at Hotel Orlando. It offers a unique comfortable and relaxing spot in Sardinia. The hotel is nicely designed and kept spotless. The lobby offers an amazing art collection and a rich library. The rooms are nicely decorated in an elegant Sardinian style where modernity meets traditions. The beds are super comfy and clean. The hotel is immersed in nature and the mountain air is super refreshing, as well as the waters of the outdoor fantastic pool. It offers also a nice wellness center. Breakfast is also very good with its own character. The staff is very kind and make you feel at home. The location is also very good as from there one can easily reach many attractions in the coast and in the mountains with a short drive. Definitely recommended to smart travelers, and to those who want to escape from busy city life. Looking forward to come back!

nice hotel in a beautiful park. great hike directly from the hotel to monte idolo. e-bikes can also be rented (also kids size). otherwise amazing region with countless hiking routes and waterfalls (you can jump into some of them; bring a shorty!). also Arbatax is a 30 min car drive, where you can rent a boat for the day and discover the amazing beaches along the coast.

wifi wasn’t so good in our rooms.

It is always a grat pleasure to come back to Hotel Orlando. The location inside the oak forest is amazing. A perfect hideway to relax in the middle of Sardinian nature. The swimmingpool is fantastic, and a wellness centre is also available. The room (and bed) are super comfortable and cosy. The staff is amazing: special thanks to Maria Assunta, who always take the very care to make our stay special, and to Giovanna who arrange every day a very special breakfast with fresh baked cakes and a delicious coffee. Looking forward to our next visit.

Nothing which we could really be disappointed about.

The environment was mesmerizing. The staff went above and beyond to let us feel welcome. The fresh mountain air and morning hikes in the park made us feel completely relaxed. And as a cherry on the cake we enjoyed a fantastic spa and massage.

I cannot think of something that we didn’t like.

the attention to detail and the sardinian art was incredible. Every corner of the hotel was exceptionally curated - From the plants to the art work. The staff was wonderfully welcoming and the food that we had was out of this world. Very highly recommended.

I come back often to the Hotel Orlando as it is my favorite retreat in Sardinia. The hotel is inside a oak forest. As soon as you arrive the scent of lavender welcome you. Being at around 1000 a.s.l. air is fresh and dry. A perfect place to relax. The room are preciously decorated with local handcraft, and the beds are super comfy. I love to have breakfast with the local pistoccu bread, fresh handmade cakes and excellent coffee. As the hotel is closing for the cold season, I am already looking forward to come back next year.

Nothing, I enjoyed my stay very much as usual.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. The grounds and spaces were absolutely beautiful. The restaurant food was delicious and the room was spacious. I would stay here again.

After many stays this year, I could not miss the end of the 2023 season at Hotel Orlando. Big thanks to all the staff which made my stays always fantastic, and particularly to Maria Assunta (reception), Giovanna (breakfast), and Marcella (SPA). I am gonna miss Hotel Orlando until next year.
