The design and ambience was excellent. The restaurant was unusual. We are English speaking and were not always understood. Not a huge problem. The evening menu did not tempt us. We would have liked to eat there, but offerings did not meet our taste. It all worked out well for a 3 day stay in L’Aquilla where we hadn’t visited before. We did like the decor and size of the room (Minerva). The airconditioning worked well with the weather being hot. Would recommend to others.

Evening restaurant menu was unusual and didn’t meet our requirements. The outer area of our room was not as clean as I would like - it appeared that dust and hair was ‘sucked’ under the door into the entrance of our room. The carpet in the lounge area was NOT clean - it hadn’t been properly vacuumed. One of the hanging rails was far too high to be used. Minimal no of coat hangers. Bathroom was lovely.

Beautifully appointed artistic property! One of the best bathtubs ever! Breakfast was very good and the courtyard was serene. Very helpful with parking nd local restaurants

Wish we could have checked in earlier but they let us store our bags and recommended a place for us to get some lunch so it was all good!

- Service was excellent, staff was super friendly! - The breakfast was cooked fresh to order and served quickly. - The bed was so comfortable I had to ask them for the name of it :D - The room managed to stay somewhat cool despite very high temperatures. - I did not have problems with noise during my stay, but if you want to sleep in (past 8 or 9) you might be bothered by guests eating their breakfast in the courtyard right outside the room.

- The key to my room was old and not very secure. I hope they replace this for the safety of future guests. - The floor was a bit dirty, but everything else was clean. - The aircon worked well but it was so loud I could not sleep with it on (I could not even hear my alarm when it's on)

We loved Ginevra Boutique Rooms and extended our stay for 2 more days to enjoy the sites in and around the city. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The bedroom was large, comfortable and quiet. An adjacent room with a sofa and coffee table was a nice bonus. We were steps away from everything in the old city center. We enjoyed the breakfast and learning about LʼAquila (museums, church, piazzas) and surroundings (Lago di Scanno) from Ginevra's delightful nonna.

Our car navigation system had difficulty navigating to the hotel because some streets were temporarily closed by construction.

The hotel is in the historical city, a few minutes walk from main attractions. The staff was friendly and helped a lot with recommendations regarding places to visit. The room was very clean and renovated, nicely decorated in a 300 years old palace, and with air-conditioning. Good Wi FI available. Parking was free of charge at the street nearby.

Safe accommodating.

It advertised air conditioning but it was not in every room. Was not in our room. Parking was not easy. We had to try and find parking. With all the construction around it wasn’t easy. It was also hard to leave the town as lots of streets were closed.

The room was nice. I had even a small balcony, where I liked to sit at the late evening. The breakfast was nice in a kind of small restaurant.

The breakfast is so delicious, and the service is more than amazing, the breakfast was made by an amazing generous woman that reminded of my mom, the decorations in the room are great, and the bed is really comfortable, I give this place a place 10 out of 10

Street parking can be challenging with construction and infinite one-way roads with tight corners.

Perfect stay for one night. New, modern, design room...Very close to the city center, great breakfast.

I read on the opening page, there is air-condition in this place, maybe my mistake, and I misunderstood, but there wasn't air condition in the room.
