Great place in the centre of l'Aquila. Comfortable large bed, good shower and a very caring and responsive host! You get italian breakfast (which is traditionally sweet), with cake, coffee, milk, etc. Ask for having breakfast at the bar if you want good lactose-free and some vegan options.

The wi-fi did not work in my room but it did work in the shared living room, and the streaming service stopped working in my room after my second day. There were loud construction work noises waking me up every day at 7am - hopefully they are done with re-building the street pavement soon!

The room is cosy and is located very close to the city centre, making it an ideal location when visiting L'Aquila. The host is welcoming and helpful with suggestions for things to do in the city. The room was pristinely clean and had everything I would have needed during my stay.

It was a lovely new feeling space, thoughtfully designed with great mood lighting and modern amenities. The area was close to everything and quiet. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.

The location it is just great and it is hard to beat. The room was very clean and comfortable. Wireless Internet was not uniform in the room, but for example on the table it was excellent.

Shower temperature was temperamental and required some training to control.

The premises are beautiful and the owner is very kind and accessible. The location is fantastic: as the name says, it is in the heart of L'Aquila. I would definitely return.

The BnB was very nice, clean and comfortable. Mara is a great host, she comes and takes care of the BnB every day, brings nice breakfast to her guests and will do the best she can to help you with everything you might need. Couldn’t ask for any better! Grazie Mara :)

Very nice B&B in the centre of L'Aquila. All fine, very clean. I much enjoyed the stay, would book again if I were in town. Finding a car park on streets may become a bit tight, but can be managed.

Clean room, quiet area even though very close to the main street, which is super convenient for eating, supermarket, sightseeing, etc. Bright and beautiful shared kitchen and living room with a nice coffee machine. Very kind owner and cleaning lady. I could stay so comfortably. I would definitely choose this place again if I have another opportunity!

I don't want to complain because the room was super clean and the stay was entirely comfortable, but there was a bit of smell of either smoke or mold probably from the past guests in the bed room, which made me have a bit of headache at the end of the stay. Hope it will be improved for my next stay :)

Many BnB's in Italy, it seems, this one included, do not make breakfast, they leave packets of croissants and cakes for you to help yourself, but fresh bakery would be much nicer.

Nice guesthouse well situated in the center of l'Aquila. The room is confortable and large enough. There is a possibility to enjoy a living room space (with tea and coffee free facilities) shared with another bedroom. I really appreciated that I was offered to be picked up at the regional bus stop by car to take me to the guesthouse on the evening I arrived and felt very welcomed. The breakfast in the bar on Piazza Duomo was served by a very nice person as well...
