Very convenient room especially if you are in L'Aquila for GSSI. Also very close distance to the historic centre of the city. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise that the room was cleaned every day! Also appreciated that there is a coffee machine with free capsules in the common area!

If I can find something negative, the towels are very thin. really nothing else!

Hostess was exceptional. Kind and considerate of my poor Italian. Made it easy to connect. Location was perfect, close to shopping and town center.

The wifi was pretty slow and because it’s a basement flat, you have to compromise between privacy and natural light.

Grazia received me at the property and she was by far the nicest person I ever met during my trip. She was extremely kind and helpful. The room was small but enough, very clean and bed very comfy.

The room was a bit hot and there is no aircon. Breakfast felt a bit like a scam. They serve you breakfast in a café nearby which only includes a coffee and a croissant plus the staff is not very nice.
