Our stay at Magnifico was perfect. Communication was clear from the start and we were sent an entry code for the main door. We wanted a place that we could walk to from the bus station (Collemaggio), in the Centro Storico. The location is perfect for the Forte Spagnol and Fontana Luminosa, just a few minutes walk from many cafes and restaurants. The room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. The staff were welcoming. Our room was very spacious. We had a key to access our private bathroom. A continental breakfast buffet was provided for guests in a communal area.
The only thing we would have liked would have been two extra pillows. Overall the accommodation is excellent.

it is in the best location of the historic center with plenty of restaurants , shop and everything you want to do
At night could be a little noisy because of the location, but this is not an issue.

The location is very nice, it is close to the main street and many activities can be done nearby. The property has the minimum required for a decent B&B. You have to know that some rooms have a shared bathroom.
The shared bathroom was not cleaned everyday.

Very clean and equipped of all necessary.
The apartment gets very hot. The street is extremely noisy at night and makes it impossibile to sleep with the open windows.

Perfect location
a little bit noisy outside in the night, but this is dur to the proximity with many bars and restaurants, so it was not a problem

Renovated building in the centre. nice and large room. great location
breakfast is poor with only packaged snacks, no milk available.
