The staff were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was also very good. The room was comfortable and spacious.

I think the biggest thing for me was that the location is not the best if you don't have a car, I had to walk 15-20mins uphill to get to the town centre daily. The restaurant next door was also too expensive so it's not ideal to stay in and have dinner there. The powerpoints in the rooms are not the typical European ones, so beware. The Wifi is a bit slow and drops out often.

Breakfast was great and staff very engaging and helpful. We really enjoyed dinner at the attached restaurant Fuocina di Emilia…they offer 3 choices for a meal complet as a half board option for hotel guests…..(as I understood it)…..very good value and excellent food and service

while the location is advertised as .7km from the center, those with any limitations should be aware it is a steady uphill walk….

Excellent little homely hotel in a good location. Rooms are beautifully decorated and have just what you need for a stay with plenty of room. Staff went above and beyond to help with suggesting a restaurant on our late arrival. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. This is a high end 3 star and should really be in the 4 star.

Close to thales alenia space (10 minutes by car). Can park around, friendly receptionist. Restaurant down the place give 10% discount for hotel guest and beef lover ... Room is decent large, comfortable, breakfast options were good enough for me (may miss some non sweet options but I am used to sweet breakfast)

The hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing! We stayed here for one night during our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make us feel special. About a 10 min walk to all the restaurants - would highly recommend Carpe Diem restaurant for a pizza! Thank you for such an fantastic stay hotel 99! :)

Hotel was a bit hard to find due to roadworks / closed main road.

Great small hotel, very close to city center.

The sliding doors next to our room can make a lot of noise, but only a problem with a specific room and if now one is walking at the middle of the night it’s very quiet.

The location was ideal for sightseeing, a bit of a hike into the town centre but we didn’t mind it. The owner was friendly and made us feel welcomed. Room as spacious and warm. Would definitely stay here again!

The Staff was extremely kind and helped us navigate the city even though we are foreigners. The receptionist was incredibly friendly. The room was great, clean, and made us happy to have booked this location. The price was also very good!

the hotel is located not far from the city center, were most of the restaurant are located. the route to the city is not very good. In any case we were able to go back and forth every night.
