Breakfast was excellent, room huge, staff friendly. Would happily stay again, my room had three beds in it, all facilities. Easy walk to historic centre and good directions on the road . Cannot fault the hotel and cleanliness.

Tea pot at breakfast had no lid, every day pits without lids!! Dangerous. Bathroom floor was shattered, wobbly tiles, not really safe to walk on with bare feet. Maybe put a mat over the broken area, if that doesn't make it slippery. Main restaurant in hotel only had a three course menu in the evening, too much food! Maybe have some yoghurt at breakfast that is sugar free or plain, that quality hotel should manage that.

The best thing is that the hotel has its own parking..and a nice 10 minute walk to the medieval town. The staff were nice. The hotel is old but it was clean. We took the Superior Room. It had the basics..a minibar, toiletries, towels, slippers, safe, hairdryer. . Air conditioned. The room was Huge ! The bed was comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Continental breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs.

Need to invest in new towels. Fridge was cool but not cold. No English channels on TV.

Loved the location, the breakfast and poolside attendants who did a great job looking after us. Our initial check in staff was excellent but thereafter we met one very unpleasant guy who had no interest in helping us rent a car.

The pool area could do painted , We were reluctant to take photos as the wall behind fountain was in bad repair. Carpets in stairs could be replaced and inner garden area could be cleaned

Good size rooms, perfect location for easy parking and walking distance to the town center. Good breakfast. We only stayed one night and it was great for what we needed to do.

Coffee machines at breakfast quite old and unreliable.

It's not that we didn't like it but the rooms need to be updated but it was very good value for money.

Spacious clean suite with all the amenities you can ask for. Huge bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with a buffet of sweet and salty choices for everyone. Free parking is definitely a plus.

There was not a suitable electricity socket for my notebook in the room - only small sockets

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist that checked me out. The facilities were great although I would suggest advertising that a swimming cap must be worn to use the pool. Breakfast was tasty and a perfect start to the day. Room was comfortable and felt safe being a solo female traveller.

We arrived at 10.30 , check in was 14.30 but they gave us our room!!! The staff were very friendly, we were initially told that our room wasn’t ready which we understood but then a very nice gentleman had a look and said that our room was ready ! Amazing service .

It was close to the old town centre but on a hot 🥵 day it was a bit of a walk !

Location is brilliant - just across from the bus station, close to major road links, walking distance in to town. Huge room, enormous comfortable bed. Pool was great, big enough, well equipped. Breakfast was fantastic - really comprehensive and tasty. Good value for money.

It's been said before - it's a tad tired in it's decor.
