The place was firstly impeccably clean as we arrived in the evening. Nice and quiet and room was excellent. Woke up to the view of the century and having breakfast on the terrace was a blessing. Closely located to Pin Bon where we had one of the best dinners of the summer

Can not use kitchen facilities to have simple cooking, the room is a little small. Hard to carry big luggage from parking lot.

The location and the vies are amazing. Mauro is an excellent host who helped us ordering food the first evening and booking a very nice restaurant for the second day. He also provided us a lot of useful tips, Very nice experience and the are is amazing. Highly recommended.

The location, view, and hosts are just fantastic! The good part is that you can reach the city and all the beaches just by foot, or you can call a taxi.

Incredible location! You will be staying in one of three cozy rooms and enjoy the most incredible view over the sea reaching from Lerici to La Spezia. Mauro gave us great tips on where to dine and what to do within our stay. He serves fresh and delicious breakfast which you can enjoy on the big and open balcony! Definitely a recommendation when visiting the region of Lerici with the car ☀️🇮🇹

Best view in the region

We booked a chalet wich was located a few meters away from the main house. It was very clean and tidy. Such a great place to chill down with no disruptions. The breakfast was served at the common terrace with a breathtaking view! One of the most beautiful I have ever seen to be honest. I really enjoyed the coffee from the coffee machine. I highly recommend to sit there with a book and admire the views. The owner was very kind and thoughtful. He told us everything we needed to know. What is more he kept us hydrated all the time! There was a special place in the fridge where he put new bottles of water (still and sparkling), juice and milk every time we drunk some of them with no limit. I’ve never experienced such a warm hospitality before. When we got hungry at 10pm the owner helped us with ordering some pizza. He even got into his car and drove all the way to the restaurant and back to bring It to us while we enjoyed the night at the terrace. Such a nice gesture! This place has beccome so special to me because we got engaged there on our last day watching the sunset and sipping Cinque Terre’s wine. I really hope to get back there next year on our anniversary and every other year. I highly recommend this place! I’m sure You will love it
