The staff was kind and very helpful, spoke good english and was ensuring we are comfortable. The location is amazing, like a little oasis tucked away from the busy Monterosso streets. Loved the location, good for relaxing a bit in middle of exploring the Cinque Terre. Would recommend. Also, surprisingly, the drinks and similar were a bit cheaper than elsewhere in the area!

I think this goes more to the location than this hotel. It is quite expensive, but the price of Hotel Villa Adriana is cheaper or similar with others in the area. I can't say it is a negative feedback towards the hotel, as Cinque Terre is not the cheapest location to stay at.

The breakfast is amazing! Healthy choices and sweet choices as well. It was my birthday so i was surprised with a birthday cake/brownie for breakfast. The room itself was just enough with 2 twin beds and the bathroom was clean and large, i believe the room was classified as an accessible room. I like firm beds so there was no complaints in sleep. Its a short, easy walk to the beach and the train and to the blue routes if you are hiking to the other villages. All the staff members were kind and approachable and full of knowledge. I would defiantly recommend this hotel if you are looking to enjoy the Cinque Terre

Excellent place to sleep, and enjoy an unforgettable view from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff truly kind towards us. There is a pool, but bear in mind it will be cold unless you go in summer. One of the things we enjoyed the most was how close the hotel was to the beach, as long as it is not raining ;)

It would be nice if there was a snack bar or machine outside of the restaurant. If you are looking for something after 11:00 p.m. your options are limited to null. The same applies to nearby restaurants. This has nothing to do with the hotel but the area itself. Prepare in advance if you crave something late at night

Room was very clean. Single room had more space than expected. Restaurant on site is great for when you dont feel like venturing out for the evening. Close to one of the free public beaches, which is great for a morning swim before it gets too busy. Booked based on other reviews with limited availability elsewhere at time of booking and was pleasantly surprised - better than expected.

It's a challenge wheeling a suitcase up the rocky path. Cooked breakfast was often cold, but great selection of pastries and cakes.

Such a great position, away from but near to the excitement of Monterosso. Breakfast outdoors lovely being able to look at the trees and the green hills. Pool was very well maintained and in a peaceful spot. Everything was very clean and all the staff friendly. We loved it and we were sorry to leave.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been icing on the cake.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is close to main town area (short walk) but on a quieter side street. Very clean.

Walking directions from train station to property on Google Maps is not most direct or easiest way. Is confusing on first arrival. Staff at property have been in touch with Google Maps to correct this but not fixed so far. It is basically just down the main street and then one right turn - just have to find the street sign (they are small).

The location was beautiful and very close to the beach. The view of the hills from the restaurant was lovely. The single attic room was a nice size, bigger than most single rooms which I appreciated, also having a comfy chair to sit in was really nice. The staff were polite and friendly, especially the cleaning staff, and they were easy to communicate with when I had a potential issue in advance of the booking. Also the breakfast pastries were top notch! The lemon crostata was amazing!

Two small things. The shower drain would smell a little while after flushing the toilet and you could hear the toilet flush going through the drain, which seems unhygienic. I would have to run the shower to get rid of the smell, and it could be pretty gross. And there were no instructions on how to use the air conditioner and it wasn't super clear to me how it worked. It was fine when I first arrived but then we had a short power outage and it reset itself to just blowing cold air with no clear way to turn it off, and it took me a while to figure out how to get it back to the previous setting.

The grounds of the property are beautifully maintained, I loved having my morning coffee sitting at a one of the tables they have in the garden (there is no table service in the garden). Everyone: the front desk staff, the restaurant staff, the cleaning staff, the maintenance staff are so incredibly nice and friendly. I sincerely appreciate how helpful the front desk staff was. They cheerfully answered all my questions and allowed me to practice my Italian with them. My room was cleaned very well. I’ve observed that the quality air conditioning matters a great deal to some travellers. I had to raise the thermostat in my room because I was too cold at night. Their in-room air conditioning isn’t fooling around! As a solo traveller I was very satisfied with my single room. Though it’s been many, many years since I’ve slept on a single bed, it was comfortable and made the room more spacious. It was a comfortable space to hang out in during the hottest parts of the afternoon on my beach days. I was sorry to leave and I will definitely go back to Hotel Adriana.

I have no critiques or even suggestions to offer to improve this property.

A wonderful base for exploring Cinque Terre. The hotel is a quiet retreat from the bustle of the tourist areas and surrounded by a garden with a pool. It even has its own chapel! The room was simply furnished but comfortable and air conditioned. Great blinds that keep out the sun. The breakfast was generous, and the staff kind, courteous and helpful. I especially appreciated their kindness as a solo traveler.

Everything was great. I just wished I could have stayed longer!

Breakfast was great. Location was good. It was an easy walk from the train station, BUT the incline approaching the hotel is VERY STEEP (especially with heavy luggage). I wish I knew the approach from the right side was an incline, because the steps on the left were difficult with my heavy bag. Also, a simplified diagram of the train routes would have been very helpful.
